Eagle Rental Purchase — Attraction in Niles

If I could give their store 0 stars I most definitely would. No one is worried about satisfying the customer. I was purchasing a bed set, 2 tvs, and a entertainment center from them, when I found bed bugs throughout the bed. Called the store and they sent their "bed bug guy" out to investigate. Low and behold he tells me I must have done a good job treating the bed and cleaning because he saw nothing. I called Terminex out and they inspected my whole home and the only room that gad bygs was the master and he said it was most likely from the bed I was purchasing from the store. My husband took the bed apart and put it in our garage because the headboard was riddled. I couldnt get anything done in store by the manager. I spoke to an attorney and he advised I tell them to screw off since Terminex charged me $950 to treat my home. Needless to say after three months of witholding payment and no contact with them I finally had enough and had them take everything back including the bed full of bugs in my garage. Will never do business with them again. I've never had problems with Aarons in the past I will be using them...

This place is just awful I would never rent from them I offered to make a week payment on the 1 of November they turn the payment down I told them I was looking to buy a dryer and seen it way cheaper elsewhere so I wasn’t going to need the dryer I call them twice about it they was very rude and turn my payment down mine u I wasn’t behind or nothing so finally they call me back after I told them the Situation of it being more then to just buy a new dryer right out and that I wasn’t going need the dry on the first they didn’t come get it then call me on the four of November wanted me to pay for it for the three day I had it when that is there doing especially when I offered a week payment on the first and they turn it down now I am on a fix income they are out to just take Avantage of people so be wear of this Rental place just awful place they won’t...

From the manager Richard, Assistant manager Paul, Darryl, Matt, these guy's treat me so good everytime I walk through the door I'm greeted by them at all times. They inform me personally of any new items that is brought in the doors of their store which they think that I might be interested in we have a good relationship they know me so well & what I like & would be interested in purchasing. As a EAGLE RENTAL long time customer the way I'm treated by the staff I will always purchase something from them whether I need it or not I will continue my relationship as a faithful customer as long as my Niles, Oh, Eagle Rental family continues working at this location.
