I opened an office in Chesapeake, VA and found OFO online as well as two other furniture companies. I got quotes from all and found OFO to be the best value utilizing both new and used furniture. I worked with the VP of the company, Susan Boatwright, who spent quite a bit of time asking questions and creating a plan that would work the best in my space. Not knowing much about office furniture, other than to sit and use it, she took my ideas and needs and designed a wonderful, working office space that worked for myself and my personnel.

She walked me through the three massive warehouses. One houses all of the furniture they have for sale in stock, one houses the showroom and offices (nice and clean), and the last is the woodshop and finishing room. They are able to refinish most wood furniture and most HPL furniture in house. They are able to recondition leather, faux leather, vinyl, and fabric chairs all to factory condition.

If you need office furniture, this is the place you need to go. They are all courteous and very friendly. With the years of experience they can help you design, select, and deliver with set up, all of your office furniture needs. I can't thank them enough and would use them...

This is a great place to buy used furniture at a great price. They refurbished the furniture to look like new. The reason they didn't get a 5 star has to do with the delivery. The desk cabinet cracked as they twisted it up a step into our front door. We had to ask them to stop before it cracked even more. (There was even a note in the drawer, NOT to move the desk in the manner they were moving it). The guys had some special glue in the truck, so we are "hoping" it sticks together, we accepted it, but not happy about it. Then they broke 2 latches on the cabinet. The store is going to replace them, but for now, we have to hold them closed with tape. The guys did a good job getting the furniture in as it was a close fit and they were very nice and respectful, just some errors in the process. Again, not happy about that, but we do love...

Since early March I've been work from home due to Cov-19 and needed a better home/office chair so I went to OFO to see about a used chair. They had a great selection and super great prices. I didn't realize it was a local family owned and operated business because it looks (and is) huge. The woman who greeted me turned out to be the owner, and Liz, also family, helped me find a perfect fit for my situation-no pressure, friendly and informative! The chairs I checked were comparable to what I have at work and are in very good to great condition from $50 - $200. I found the perfect chair for my situation and saved a lot of green!
