Me and my wife lived in Wildwood for 20 years and decided to try them out I like to support small businesses and went here before the power outage of 23, The food was ok at best, playa bowls on the boardwalk is way better and the owners I think it's a husband wife couple, were absolutely disrespectful, condescending most likely from Philly, no one used gloves while making food, lucky I even gave any stars I don't like to hurt small businesses we need more in America so I was dwelling on it for a little bit, but I was not satisfied never again will my wife and I go here ever again
This is how they treat people who leave reviews, such class
Beach Bowls (Owner) a year ago The juice you speak of is 100% concentrated crushed fruit. No preservatives. And if you been under a rock, cost of goods all over the country are up 20%. So next time you want to try and hurt a small business. Speak up at the establishment. Ask questions if you don’t know the ingredients.
Maybe it wasn't your wife who was rude, my wife assumed that's who she was, if she was mistaken on the part I am sorry, but I would definitely like to give you guys a second chance i believe even the best of businesses have a bad day, so I will give you another try. But your tone here sounds like you might be insinuating a physical altercation, if that's the case that's not the smartest way for a business to get a second chance, but hey if that's how you handle a review I think your proving me right with your lack of professionalism and class, who said I ask for...
Read moreTried this place while on vacation last week. We ordered five breakfast sanwiches of varying types. All were freshly made and delicious. They have a wide variety of bagels which were fresh and delicious. I personally had the lox and cream cheese on an everyhting bagel. It was exactly what I wanted and filled me up. My friend had a bacon, egg and cheese on an everything bagel and was very happy with the amount of bacon they put on the sandwich. Everything was cooked to order. The staff was friendly. They also have a Capt'n Chucky's pop up shop which looked amazing. We wanted to come back to buy a few things but completely forgot. My only concern is the prices on their website are way different than what we were charged in person. For example website had the breakfast sandwiches list for $5.25 but we were charged $8.00 each. $8.00 is still a decent price for what you get but a big difference. Next time we are down, we will definitely stop back, we really...
Read moreI didn’t try any of the actual food, but it did look good -however I was extremely disappointed with the bowls Which is what we were there for . They are not served in a regular clear bowl container. They are served in a small black takeout container, which is not something I’ve ever seen a bowl serves in, basically VERY small And as expensive as anywhere else. Also, not a lot of options like any other açai bowl place. Make the trip up to the boardwalk for playa or aloha you can’t go...
