HORRIBLE ATTITUDE/ poor customer service I WENT THERE YESTERDAY BECAUSE I NEEDED SOMETHING. As soon as I walked in the I greeted him( hello ? How are you ? Keep in mind my tone of voice was normal and respectful. So I did not get gretted back . He basically was rude. I then proceeded to ask him if he could help me find castor oil. I was still talking when he interrupted me aggressively and raised his tone of voice and said to me !!!!!THIS IS ALL WE HAVE !!!!!! KEEP IN MIND I WAS NOT DONE TALKING . Because like I said I was looking for a specific brand. This is not the first time that grown man is RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL . Be RESPECTFUL AND WELCOMING TO ALL OF YOUR CUSTOMERS . I felt DISCRIMINATED BY THIS INDIVIDUAL by the way he treated me. When you are not treated right or welcome you can feel it right away. AND I CAN ASSURE YOU THIS MAN HAS RACE ISSUES WITH HISPANIC PEOPLE COMING TO HIS STORE. FOR THE REST OF THE PEOPLE WHEN YOU GO AND WALK INSIDE THAT STORE MAKE SURE YOU ARE TREATED WITH RESPECT. And If you are not . It’s about time to start complaining and make a petition to have this place close. I’m pretty sure there are other people that are Not English speakers and have walked into your store and you have either discriminated by the way they look or were RUDE/Disrespectful . TO THE GROWN MAN WHO ASSISTED ME YESTERDAY YOU SHOULD REALLY VALUE YOUR CUSTOMERS THAT SHOP AT YOUR LOCATION BECAUSE THANKS TO US YOUR BUSINESS HAS STAY OPEN FOR SEVERAL YEARS .
