PC Medics of NJ — Attraction in Oaklyn

Do not use this Company for repairs. They are abusive and dismissive. They charged me $110 to tune up my PC because it was running slow and when they returned it, I started it to find a blue screen that lasted for ten hours before it actually turned on. When I called to Complain Eric was rude and dismissive.I hung up frustrated only to have this man call Me 10 times in 4 minutes on my cell without even leaving a message. On top of that they installed an app on my computer to allow them remote control and wouldn’t allow me to delete it as they are now the Administrator of my PC instead of me. When I messaged them to get their help to change this back, I was blocked on Facebook. See photos. I plan on taking this company to small claims court if they didn’t tell me how to change this ** in response to your response, you are a liar. I didn’t do anything of the kind. I have screen shots of how long my conversation with you was Eric and it was 1 minute call not twenty and I didn’t scream anything I hung up! You weren’t there when I dropped it off,so you don’t know that I did tell your sweet prof coworker that I was having problems with the update. Ask him. I hung up with you after a minute because it was clear you were trying to make me feel responsible or stupid instead of trying to help. You also never mentioned the fact that you added a program to my PC which is still there and you are still the administrator on my PC that’s a form of ransom. I will see...

I am so grateful for PC Medics! My 15 year old work Dell laptop crashed - when I pressed the on button and it did not boot up I felt panic for the clients that I support. PC Medics were able to recover my data and transfer it onto a compatible device. I was under many time constraints at work and Eric and his team were able to get me up and running in a few days.
