I was repeatedly pressured to upgrade, even after clearly stating I wasn’t interested about 4 or 5 times. After I firmly stated that I did not want to upgrade the masseuse rolled her eyes and left for me to change. In that moment, I wanted to leave but decided to give it a chance. I immediately regretted my decision, the massage felt rushed, low effort and the energy she was giving off was terrible. I left feeling tense and uncomfortable, as the entire situation was unsettling. This was my first visit, and based on my experience with this particular masseuse, I wouldn’t recommend it. I can't speak for the entire establishment, as my experience may have been with someone more focused on making money than providing quality service. Reply to owner’s response:
I never once mentioned having any pain points to anyone. I was fully aware of the message I requested. There’s a big difference between double-checking and obsessively pushing for an upgrade after I repeatedly clarified what I wanted. Likewise, there’s a difference between being gentle and soft versus feeling rushed and receiving a...
Read morehad a great experience with them, im not from the area but here for business and I had my first and only day off in 6 months, and i experience a lot of chronic body pain, so I booked a massage at a (different) spa, and it was terrible, while I was on the table I was thinking how I would need to go somewhere else if i actually wanted some relief, once I left that spa, in the parking lot I googled and called orchid massage for a foot massage (as my plantar fasciitis is bad and the previous masseuse hardly touched them).
he started with a neck and shoulder massage and in 10 minutes he hit more knots than the whole previous 2 hour massage did, then the foot massage also really hit the painful areas in my feet and calves and worked them out, so once that massage was done I asked for another half hour neck and shoulder to help work out all those knots. I normally would never splurge so much for 2 massages, but the only thing I wanted that day was a massage to help work out the pain and my only day off to get it for 6 more months, and orchid foot spa saved that experience and gave me...
Read moreIt was our first time there. We were traveling and looking for a massage spa to relax after a long day walking. We looked online and this place was one of the top rated so we took a chance to come in without an appointment. Luckily we were able to be seen after a short 10 minute wait. While waiting in the sitting area, I heard many phone calls from clients wanting to make their appointments, so I highly recommend scheduling your appointment to avoid waiting. Overall, we truly enjoyed our foot massage sessions. The establishment was clean, very well organized, quiet. The aromatic scent was so nice and calming. The background music was just perfectly relaxing. The bathroom was really really clean, which is a huge plus for me. The staffs were very professional and skillful. That was one of the best, if not the best foot massage I ever had. The young gentleman worked at the front dest was my masseur, I forget to ask for his name. He was super polite and professional. If you want to enjoy an amazing massage experience, try this place. 5 stars...
