Terrible service it’s basically sit and figure it out. Got sat down after waiting more than ten minutes in line just to sit another fifteen minutes to have to look for someone to help place an order and get attitude from a server “I believe” or employee named AMANDA who my mom kindly asked for help and got ignored. After walking up to ask for help she gives attitude and says well “IF IT”S BUSY YOU HAVE TO WAIT” rolled eyes, shook head and walked off. Another employee helped us named Steven and was then able to place the order. Only excuse they give you is we’re pretty busy amd that’s no excuse to treat customers that way I’m sure it’s always busy and in Reality it’s not even 50% capacity. Review doesn’t deserve not even the one star. 30 minutes later after complaint still waiting and after telling Steven we been waiting about an hour he argues saying it hasn’t been so when we know what time we got here and sat down but I understand they want to be right and customer wrong. Still sitting here waiting and thought we will never get plates or cutlery while everyone else who sat down after us got better service. Will definitely not recommend this place to anyone and should have looked at the bad reviews to know what to expect.Customers behind us came in 45 minutes after and placed order after and recieved order before us. Ridiculous.

Came to the park at Universal for Halloween horror nights & decided to get a quick bite & over all it was a great place! The pizza was really good but the service could be better. I felt it was hard to just order especially if you've never been & don't really know how the flow works, usually in that case you have workers to help you but this wasn't the case. I spent $30 that was for a personal pizza (6 slices) pepperoni & jalapeños& a Side ceasar salad with no meat. I felt the price was expensive for the portion of the food we got. It honestly would feed one person from what I saw, but it worked out for my partner & I. It was really good tho! Just know that when you get there you can order straight from the universal studios app or you can go up to the counter to order. They will bring the food once you pay & if you need anything else you have to go back to the counter& ask for it. Then they will bring it for you. It was outside seating only!! So sometimes that can be rough depending on the heat of the weather. Otherwise pizza was great!

First time here and the seating and ordering were quite confusing. When we arrived, the host told us to seat ourselves if we see a free table or we can go order for to-go. She didn’t really instruct us with much details so we shuffled our way through the crowded restaurant to find an empty table. It took us a few mins of waiting around to get a table and we sat ourselves down. We sat there for a few moments wondering if a server was going to approach our table but they just walk pass tending to others. It took us a bit of looking around to see a sign at the front that says to order on the app and enter table number for food to be brought out. I wish the host had informed us beforehand. What if we weren’t observant enough? We would’ve just sat there for who knows how long. Anyways, we ordered two pizzas + appetizer: the spinaci pizza, margherita pizza, and caprese salad. Everything was tasty and came out in a timely manner. No complaints there besides the servicing part.

I showed up at 12:15 am hoping for a quick easy pizza on our way out of Universal Studios City Walk. Our order was placed at 12:18 am with Jose while the restaurant was pretty dead. After about 25 minutes I asked a server how exactly we would know whether our pizza was ready considering it had almost been a half hour and we hadn't heard anyone's name called yet and no one bothered explaining their process. She looked like she was ready to keel over from exhaustion and after explaining patiently to her two or three times that we ordered in house and not mobile, she told us to wait by the mobile pick up window and that our name would be called. So we sat quietly and patiently for another 15 minutes. At that time I asked another server who was passing whether or not our order was coming back soon. She said she would check. We never heard from her again. 10 minutes later we asked a cook the same question. He said he would check. We never heard from him again. All the cooks and servers were joking and cracking up near the oven and cleaning as if they had no orders coming up. I went to the register to ask Jose what was up with our pizza to which he replied "oh you haven't gotten your pizza yet?" And just walked away. He went to talk to the cook and girl we had spoken to previously and at that point they quickly threw together a pizza and threw it in the oven. No apology for making us wait over an hour at this point. No offer to talk to the manager. No offer of recompensation. About 10 minutes later another cook came and asked us "is this the pizza yall have been hanging out waiting for?". Yeah dude, hanging out for almost an hour and a half for ONE pizza for the fun of it. Every single person we spoke to was extremely unprofessional and nonchalant. If the pizza didn't taste decent I'd have been livid. This place is a joke, the service is a joke and it makes universal studios look like a joke for placing them right next to the entrance. We'll NEVER be back and we will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. If this is the type of practice universal promotes then we may never bother visiting or recommending universal. This whole experience was an infuriating joke. If you have a couple hours and alot of patience to spare, then enjoy. If not, don't bother. Also look at the other reviews. This was...

This WAS a place we enjoyed year after year. Unfortunately we will no longer dine here. The pizza toppings was limited....like really limited. Custom Cheese Pizza = Sprinkle of cheese, jalapeño toppings was maybe a quarter of a jalapeño diced and tossed into the middle, five olives (yes we counted them). It was all bread. Guess inflation got to this place too. Come on red oven guests like pizza to taste like pizza not a loaf of bread. I know they get busy at the end of the day but the seating host almost had a nervous breakdown, they could not coordinate seating at all. I actually saw her overwhelmed and she got reassigned after letting out her frustrations with manager. The topping on the cake... little bitty tiny cups of water. You would think that this place would give glasses of water along with three PAID iced tea's, after a hot day prefer water over fountain drinks and not really willing to pay $5 for bottle of water. Anyways...was a top choice to visit in the past but will not return so scratching this one off from future visits and give future guests heads up on this place. You don't want to ruin your day. Need to mention that there was a guest that was on waiting list for table with family then another guest grabbed a table that got wiped down and seating host lied that they were already on the list. I know this for sure because you can't get on waiting list until you check in and the family had just walked in and placed a food order. So don't try to make up an excuse for this one. It was really obvious that a mistake was made so just apologize and don't lie to the guests. I was there for 45 minutes and was watching the seating host the whole time. Not nice. Sorry red oven but you really disappointed and lost a loyal diner with family. So sad...bad place to...

If zero stars was available as an option, that is what they would get. This occurred 3/17/2021... walked up to the entry, waited a minimum of 10 minutes (it was more like 15 minutes but Whatever)... it took that much time from Amanda (from NY per her badge) to acknowledge that I was waiting to be placed on a list for a table. It took her 3 times to get the name “Paul” and the phone number. Amanda then told us it would be about 20-35 minutes. We waited at the entrance and 30 minutes later, we were wondering why families walking up were being seated right away, while we were waiting for a our text telling us the table was ready.... one family received a text, the next large party of 5 was told there were 2 groups ahead of them but were sat anyway. When My husband asked what the status of our wait time was, Amanda told us that she gave our table away, because she texted us and we didn’t come up. We were literally standing there at the entrance the entire 40 minutes. Amanda was struggling to hear the name, it’s highly unlikely she got the phone number right either. I really don’t think she texted us at all, and I don’t think all of a sudden Verizon cell towers went down. The manager offered to get us a table right away but after waiting almost 1 hour just to get a seat, we were not willing to wait any longer. This is completely unacceptable. I understand capacity and Covid restrictions, but Amanda likely caused this due to her inability to concentrate, accurately hear name/phone number, lack of verification on her part and her overall struggle with completing simple tasks. I do not think this is the job for her.

It’s too bad, we would have really liked to try the pizza. Next time we visit City Walk, it definitely won’t be Red Brick...
