Ethan Allen — Attraction in Oxnard

Let me start with I love Ethan Allen furniture! Having said that, if I ever need to purchase additional furniture I won’t be giving my time to the Oxnard store. The designer we worked with had a great design aesthetic. She listened carefully and put together a beautiful room! However, working with her after that was pretty stressful and she became rude and irritated and non responsive. We worked with another designer for another room who gave the vibe that I was an interruption to her day. I will never work with that design team again and I encourage those reading this review to stay clear of that design studio as it is one of the most unwelcoming businesses I have had to deal with. The furniture is beautiful but the customer experience is a one star rating...

I've been an Ethan Allen customer for several years now and have been very happy with the services at the Ventura location and now at the Oxnard location. Their expertise in design and professionalism has always made me a satisfied customer. The designers take care in meeting their customers’ vision and expectation of what makes a house a home. It’s been a joy working with interior designer Jill Tannehill-Shaw for the last 17 years. Her knowledge of design and style is on point. I love Ethan Allen's heirloom quality and detailing on some of their pieces. The delivery personnel have always been professional and mindful of my deliveries. It has been a pleasure doing business with Ethan Allan and I will continue to do so...

So sorry this has taken me so long to get around to this, but better late than never, and all that. The folks at this store have been amazing. Helping me re-outfit basically an entire house.

After I lost my home in Camarillo during the Mountain Fire back in November 2024, and figured out my next plan of action the ladies at this store took very good care of me. They helped me with selecting the furniture that I wanted, picking colors, fabrics, etc. One of them helped on Christmas Eve until very late in the afternoon, early evening to get things done.

Just wonderful, amazing, friendly, patient folks. Can't speak highly enough...
