ALO — Attraction in Palm Beach Gardens

Not sure If the older Caucasian lady with the brown hair and glasses is the manager, but you guys need to change the whole team . I literally started shopping at Alo Because one day I went to Lululemon in the gardens mall and was followed around the whole time so I tried out. Alo And I was greeted by a young man named Kyle and I believe the manager name at the time was Nicole. They were so awesome and so helpful and made me feel so comfortable. I literally bought so many items and that’s what really made me Love Alo trust me, not just the clothes and definitely not the quality but today I will no longer shop at Alo I went to the Gardens mall after doing alo workout at trap house and running the 5K at the new store in city place I wanted to see if they had a pair of shorts for my husband at the gardens mall which I also brought my friend who I introduced her to Alo and after walking out the store, we felt so bad after the slick, rude comments, the lack of engagement, no eye contact following us around I literally asked if They can hold a item that has been sold out everywhere while I run to my car, which would have taken me two minutes and she instantly told me no after I have had people hold items for me at that store. It was just such an awful experience I will never shop. In Alo again and the sad part Im no Bill Gate, but me and my husband is pretty well off in sure I can...

The girls just stand around talking to each other and do not help, I waited sooo long after asking for help even though that store was empty.
