Bergman Jewelers — Attraction in Palm Beach Gardens

Ray Bergman is a great jeweler. Every piece of jewelry I've ever bought their per his recommendation has increased in value. He's got a great watch repairman he knows his Rolexs he knows his prices he knows all the diamonds you can get a $10,000 Diamond $100,000 and you can still save and make money. I have I have bought both and I sold there too and made money . I knew him when he was in a different location and I followed him and I'll follow him again everybody I talked to who's ever bought there is happy. I don't know why anybody would be dissatisfied. I bought a ring once and I wore it for a few weeks and I just didn't like it no I just didn't love it and he took it back and I got something else. The only thing I can say is yes over the years he's had a lot of different staff that are not Jewelers or certified they're just staff for hourly wages but they've always been Pleasant they may not always been knowledgeable but it's Rays business he knows and runs it I highly recommend him I ran into somebody recently that had a beautiful Diamond I asked them who their jeweler was and they said Bergman. My sister too has an awesome unbelievable expensive diamond. He does pretty much deal with the high-end and if you just go in and spend a few dollars maybe you might not be happy but I think he's great. He also has the latest but he will also find for you what you need or want he has...

I brought two basic watches to have batteries replaced. I dropped off both watches and changed batteries the same day. I noticed that they did not close one of the watches or replace the battery. I brought back the watch with the receipt and was told "I have never seen this watch" and "the watch won't close".

Only after I mentioned seeing a YouTube video of a watch repairman using a clamp did they take out the proper tool.

They sealed it in 15 seconds and said "don't worry I won't charge you". Not exactly the best customer service after I had already paid to have the watch battery replaced that your team did improperly...

I recently had a bad experience with the owner. I went in to sell back a gold necklace I bought from him. when I told him i purchased it for $900 he laughed and told me I got ripped off. I then told him that I purchased it from him, he then laughed even more and said "yes thats exactly why"... so was he insinuating that he ripped me off? I was so mad .... this is the second awful experience I had with the owner. My family goes their and I told them never to do business...
