Panera Bread — Restaurant in Palm Beach Gardens

This place was so disorganized. Do any adults work here? The soda machine was broken (again) so the only options were tea. Fine. However, all the teas were empty and remained empty for the entire 45 minutes we were stuck in this purgatory. Then, they said they were out of all soup except the turkey chili. Also fine. I ordered the chili. We then waited for 20 minutes for our food- 10 of those were after we got the notification that the food was ready. No workers seemed to want to work. Finally, one of the employees informs us that they are also out of chili (apparently the soup machine is also broken). She asked me what I would like instead (it’s now been 20 minutes since we ordered). I asked for the Mac and cheese. She said she would bring it to our table. 10 more minutes go by. No mac in sight. I go back to the counter. She forgot about it. I then watched the most disorganized dance of two employees in the kitchen actively sabotage each other. One would hit the start on the microwave for my Mac, the other would immediately walk over to the microwave and open it to see what was inside, then close it (without restarting) and walk away. 9/15/22 Update: This junk box strikes again. My wife ordered a Frontega Chicken sandwich. The sandwich was nothing more than chicken, avocado and cheese. FYI, avocado is not supposed to be on the Frontega Chicken sandwich. Is it possible to bang these orders up this much? We order through Door Dash and it always comes from here. Maybe that’s the problem, they don’t care about customers who are not there to complain. Sorry Panera, I won’t be ordering food from any of your locations anymore.

This has to be the worst Panera of all time. We have ordered from here once a month since they’ve open because we love Panera and this one is 3 mins from our house and in all that time I think 80% of our orders have been wrong.

Tonight I ordered a pick two with the corn chowder and 1/2 Greek salad. I got a 1/2 Fuji apple salad, no utensils or napkins and missing chips for the soup. The receipt tapped to the bag says 1/2 Greek salad so no idea how that gets messed up.

I normally do not write bad reviews but had to call this out. If you order you’ll get Panera quality, just likely someone...

So I am pregnant, and when I have my mind set on a food item I will do whatever it takes to get it. Needless to say, I was really excited to get a chipotle chicken sandwich from here. My coworker recommended it with no chicken and a few customizations.. I placed my order online, with extra customizations that I paid more for.. such as extra sauce, avocado, cheese, etc.

Not only was my order running a bit late by 15 minutes, which is fine by itself, but I finally pick up my order and it’s completely bare and wrong. I am so deeply upset, because like I said, I really was looking forward to this, and I AM 6 months pregnant..

Needless to say the staff here clearly doesn’t take their time reading orders, despite it being an hour from closing. I’m just surprised the sandwich didn’t have meat on it, or else I would’ve completely turned around and returned it. However I do have a job to get back to, and cannot wait for it to be remade when I have already waited 30 minutes. Wish I could’ve left a nice review. I won’t be...
