I had the most pleasant experience with Hamilton Jewelers. I was searching for a reputable jeweler for an engagement ring in the Palm Beach area. After going to luxury name brand jewelers in the area, I realized that designing a ring was not an option. Next I searched for custom made rings online, however, not touching the ring before I pay for it was a problem for me. Also, there was so many questions I needed answered, which only an expert in the field can answer. I next googled searched for the best Jeweler in the the Palm Beach County, and Hamiton Jewelers had the best reviews. The reviews all had a common theme--excellent customer service. After walking into Hamilton Jewelers in Palm Beach Gardens, I met Brian Schubot, who treated me with respect and patience while I asked countless questions about diamonds, settings, and the quality of rings they produce. Since Brian is a Gemologist, he was able to answer all of questions and helped me become somewhat of an expert on diamonds after our lengthy conversations. Moreover, everyone at Hamilton made me feel like the most important person in the world overtime I visited to store. They offered me drinks while I waited for diamonds to be unlocked from the safe and made sure I was always comfortable. I could immediately tell this is a multiple generation family owned jewelry store who has expertise in the custom jewelry since 1912. The customer service from Brian and the rest of Hamilton team was stellar. They ended up flying in multiple diamonds for my viewing pleasure so I could touch and feel the diamond I selected before custom designing my setting. The ring quality that they ended up delivering was not only impeccable was completed before I needed it. It helped take the stress off of arranging a time sensitive and romantic proposal. After I popped the question, my Fiancé cannot stop staring at it. In her eyes, It was perfect, which made the whole experience worth it. In the end, I was VERY happy I chose a professional family jeweler instead of online or a luxury name brand jeweler. My fiancé gets stopped while she walks anywhere we go and gets asked "Where did you get that ring?", "its so beautiful", and "I have never seen a diamond sparkle like that." Furthermore, having Brian only fly in the the diamonds approved by a gemologist standards made my ring sparkle and be more impressive than I could have gotten at any other jeweler. Bought my first Rolex watch at this location on November 12, 2020. My dream watch has always been a Rolex Submariner Date, I walked in the store and saw an Air-king and started talking to the sales rep telling him I wanted to buy a Sub Date model, he then went ahead and explained to me how hard and how unrealistic is it to get one without previous purchase history. I figured I’d settle with the Air-king and hope that would help me build a relationship with the store and help me get my dream watch. I was a little skeptical getting the air king because it wasn’t my dream watch. I asked if I could buy the watch without getting it sized and he said absolutely not, and if I plan on “flipping” it he wouldn’t sell it to to me. My intentions were never to “flip” the watch it was just a question. I wasn’t sure I really wanted the watch but I also didn’t want to loose the opportunity of building a relationship and buying a Rolex. At that moment I felt i was treated differently. However, I got it sized and bought the watch and I don’t regret the purchase. However, I did feel uncomfortable touching basis with the gentleman about getting the submariner and I felt that because of what occurred I lost the chance of getting the Submariner I always dreamed of. 10 months passed and a coworker of mine got a call on a watch he inquired for his wife and invited me to go with him. He introduced me to his sales representative and she was super nice. I told her the history and how unfortunately I felt uncomfortable dealing with that gentleman after what happened and asked if she could help me from now and she said she would talk to him and see. I commend them on their service, professionalism, and attention to detail.
The first time I went into them was with my Italian Greyhound; they didn’t know whether I was a buyer or just a career shopper. They were delightful and comfortable with my Herni in the store. Other retailers seemed more interested in concluding a sale instantly and did not care about the depth of the reasoning. Ted and his team took the time to make me feel exceptional and genuinely unforgettable.
Due to such a great experience, I have already expressed my interest in purchasing additional pieces. I can certainly say that I look forward to Ted making that happens he is sooner than later, as he genuinely cares about you and will ensure you buy the correct piece with as many options to make that choice from.

Update. I, unfortunately, wrote this review too early. I would never want to erase my first response as it was how I felt immediately following my purchase. However, I think it's essential that I also share how things have been since. In a nutshell, terrible. My first purchase made in their store totaled almost $50k. One would think and most absolutely expect a follow-up, nope not a single phone call, text, email, or letter. Not a single thank you or sign of appreciation. It gets better.. I reached out to my trusted Ted about my next purchase, which he replied with ultimately was a less than desirable response which quickly set things into perspective. It's extremely disappointing and kind of crazy that customer is complaining about loyalty, where is typically the retailers are saying customers are not loyal.
