Five Below — Attraction in Palm Coast

This 5 Below is disgusting!!! The workers are awful. The manager is worse. No kind of customer service came in Christmas Eve did a little last-minute shopping. Ask a simple question. Worker was very annoyed. Look like she was mad. She was working at the store, but annoyed that I asked her question when I asked her, who the manager was the manager was actually standing right there, so the behavior of the worker, and did nothing no apology to me not asking me what happened just stood there allowed the employee to be nasty and rude and disgusting run from this five below. The service and atmosphere at my local 5 below was amazing. Today my grandma’s friend and I went to shop since I had a bit of birthday money to spend. We were greeted right as we came in, and I found way too much awesome stuff. Then, things got even better at the checkout!, Nick greeted us at the checkout stand and asked me if I found everything. (Of course I said yes!) And he helped me scan everything and gave me my change back. The only reason I give it three stars is because my friend tried to use her gift card at on eof the self checkout places and the checkout place wasn't working so a worker told us to go to another one and my friend asked if she could get her money back because the money was already transferred from the card to the checkout and they said no.
