Sharetea — Restaurant in Palmdale

I do not write reviews unless I had a bad experience more than once. With that being said the first time coming here was alright matcha drink was ok nothing great, my sister got a Thai tea we asked if they can put milk in it and they said no. Is it that hard to add milk? Anyway today I went again although I didn't like the last experience. We got there right when they were opening and my daughter was going for the door to open it, at the same time the lady was unlocking it and walks away? Instead of opening the door for us I also had a stroller and struggled to get in. Not a big deal just rude and bad manners. On top of that we got the strawberry fresh milk boba drink it was 99% milk and 1% strawberries. Train employees better on how to treat and greet people. Won't be here again drinks aren't good...

The first and also the last time I visit this location. I was there not so long ago, my drink tasted so bitter and it seemed like she might’ve forgotten to add sugar/sweetener to my drink. I came back and asked for the syrup to be added and she straight up told me to wait since she said other drinks to make. How hard would it be to add the sugar to my drink or even just hand me the syrup and I could’ve added to my drink myself. The worker was not friendly and accommodating, she gave me that nasty look. That being said, I’ll not be back to this...

The store hours say they close at 9 PM, but I placed a DoorDash order at 8:30 and it was cancelled just three minutes later. The app still showed they were accepting orders for another 14 minutes. If the cut-off is earlier than closing time, it should be updated on the platform. This came across as unprofessional and inconvenient. Thanks. I DoorDashed boba...
