I have been meeting my daughter here annually for about 8 years sometimes twice i. A year and in all this time one thing has changed significantly (i know from 8+ years of this same location) other than the usual long wait for seating (even longer for to be served once you order and even longer for the server to check on you and refill your bottomless french fries ya ordered) what has significantly changed ( sorry it isnt the wait time ,,,ho hummmm yawwwn, arggh. It is the proportions and quality of the food ! The whisky bbq colossal burger that was just that and then some has shrunken down to a childs menu item if even that??! That thick juicy patty i looked forward to every year i met my daughter there (the super lucky and thankful dad i am for her always treating me there) is now on the lookout for a new place of quality that is consistent with what they advertise,i was/am very disappointed in what has become of such a great restaurant chain . And to have raised there prices to an already high priced menu ? Ok i can accept the long waits for seating and order of food arrival time yes even the overpriced menu but the quality and proportions being about 30 plus percent smaller and way less quality of the actual food? Im not sorry to say that red robins days of high ranks are gone and many great memories are now contaminated with the poor quality and lack of true customer trust iñ red robin especially with such uncertanty and global chaos the public is seeking unity and compassion in all commerce these days business has the importance of consumer trust and it will show in declining revenue especially in the fast food and chain restaurant world because those higher prices we pay are for the service and quality of convenience and for some of us the most cherrished moments of our lives like in my case with the visits with my adult...
Read moreI put 3 stars for Service because the young girl who was sitting us was so horrible that we almost left. So quick story, we had our out of town family come to get some beautiful pictures of the poppies and then we wanted to go to lunch/dinner. It was between lunch and dinner so there was really no one else there but a couple other families so they were in NO WAY busy. So we get there and told them that yes, we have a pretty big family with us. 8 total. One baby. And we said that we know we are a large family and we were wondering if they could maybe put 2 tables together. Before we even got finished saying it she YELLS AT US that they can't. So I YELLED back that we don't have to eat there then and she rolls her eyes and starts talking smack to the other girl with her. Turns out the manager was there and heard her and guess what?? They can put tables together. 🙄 Soooo it ended up good and the waiter was AWESOME the whole time, they gave the kiddos free 2nd's on their meals and they were just right on it with making sure not one of our glasses ever when empty for a second, and they were extremely gracious when we apologized for our large family and told us they were happy we came to eat there and we left totally happy. I just didn't see the need to get so irritated that we had a big group and make it our problem that she didn't want to take 3 minutes to talk to the manager who was right there and accommodated us right away. I don't understand why people have decided the last couple years that if you can't do something for your customers it's okay to make it the customer's problem. But besides her, everything was amazing and so was everyone else that...
Read moreCalled for info. Keloni answered with a cheerful warm greeting. I asked if proof of vaccine required? She said the establishment did not require proof. Told her I'd see her shortly and give her a big Hello. I did. She sat us in a booth that had a window to watch all the shoppers. We were greeted by our server, Christian who quickly took our order. Food was hot and delicious as always. I'm going to have to say that in all the Red Robin's (CA, TN,) I've eaten at this was the best hands down. The garlic fries were absolutely amazing. Why you ask. Well, not a sprinkle of shredded cheese but enough to taste and be satisfied. The buttery garlic was "loaded" with garlic! Got the usual pineapple burger as it is loaded with flavor. Mom had the Master burger with garlic fries. Mom needed a knife and Keloni was more than happy to assist us. I watched her dash to the back and quickly return with a knife wrapped in a napkin. Excellent customer service. I even watched her interact with the customers and especially a child holding a Disney "Stltch" stuffed animal and commented on it making the little girl smile and feel special. Wow! She is definitely an asset to this establishment. Back to the Master burger. Mom enjoyed every bite! She usually leaves half but not this time. The Oreo milk shake was thick and plentiful. Two satisfied customers. We will be back! Added our bill to Red Robin Rewards Account to build up towards a free burger. Don't forget with the RRR you get a free burger for your...
