Sbarro Miracle Mile — Restaurant in Nevada

I was visiting Las Vegas. I am a Sbarro shopper and had been in the old pizza society club. I recently received a coupon from Sbarro stating they restarted the society club and invited me for a free piece of pizza. I was visiting miracle mile and went in. A lady started screaming do not give her a free piece of pizza she is not allowed to use the coupon. I asked why? She said I used it. I had not used it and did not feel like arguing? I found s very nice location a few blocks away that had no problem with me using the coupon and I got a salad and drink. I was do surprised by miracle miles attitude. Is it because I am hespanic she wanted to call me a thief or was she just that poor with customer service. At a time of pandemic conditions Sbarro as a chain reached out to nice to customers and that location clearly has its own agenda for customers. I came to Las Vegas for vacation as I have family over here and I decided to go for a little stroll through the mall. While I was walking through I was attracted by an aroma and it turns out it was coming from Sabarros and let me tell you the scent I got from it, made my mouth water! As I entered the store, I was quickly greeted with a bright smile and catered to by someone working the front. The customer service i received was amazing!!! This is an outstanding establishment, It's sad to see such bad reviews on such a great place. All the workers were kind and made sure I was well taken care of and happy with my service, I recommend this place for anyone that wants fast service and great atmosphere, as well as amazing food. Pizza is really good! We don’t eat pizza that often but when we do it’s always for a function or watching a game. I got the phone number directly from staff to plan it well. I called numerous times with no answer as I needed some customization but I was forced to order online. The online order sent an email to confirm my pick up time which worked well for our timing for the game snd when I got there to pick it up they where just popping the pizza in, I asked why they didn’t send me confirmation so I didn’t have to sit there and wait but I had to wait another 15 mins.

Manager told me they are short staffed and we’re not picking up the phone, that is unacceptable for a business, at least change the message so tell us why there is no answer.
