If I was basing my review solely on the fact that we’ve been here a week and the escalators are constantly out of service and that you have to go all the way down to the basement valet for ride shares and delivery orders; I would never come back here. Long queues at one tiny elevator struggling to bring people up and down, while multiple escalators sit idly. They’ll be fixed for 2 hour and then break again for 2 days. Added to that— On arrival the room was generally dirty; dirty floors, dirty counters, unpolished mirrors, musky smell of possibly cigarette smoke, A/C struggling to meet the temperature set on the thermostat. My shower won’t drain despite me requesting it to be snaked while I was out (they either didn’t, or did it unsuccessfully), resulting in 5 inches of water at the end of every shower. Was here for work and came back after a particularly labor-intensive day to find that there was NO hot water. While this was a scheduled maintenance, it should’ve been resolved by 7pm that night, but was unable to get a drop of hot water until 10:30-11pm. The only Hilton property that we ever stayed at that won’t let us switch the primary name on the reservation, with the primary person physically present and giving permission to do so, so no one on my work team will be able to claim Hilton honors points even though we are using our own Hilton numbers with our own credit card; they won’t switch the name and that ultimately means you’re screwed. Requested housekeeping and specially asked if they could clean my floor as there are multiple pieces of debris from a prior guest; came back to the hotel to find housekeeping did come, but didn’t honor my request. Elevator system that relies on the competence of your neighboring guests. As it’s a longer stay for us, was excited to see that our rooms had washer/dryer combo machine but it STINKS of mold and mildew. I could easily go on, but this should be enough...
Read moreIf i could give 1 star i would. This was a mistake to stay here. The rooms were ok and maids were friendly. However the initial contact when checking in was a major inconvenience for the front desk person. Every question seemed to aggravate her more than the last. No big deal everyone has a bad day. It wasn't until checking out at 7:30 that issue started, the check-in/checkout is off main area with door between, which was locked. I couldn't get in to properly checkout so i just dropped key card off expecting receipt would be emailed. 3 days later no receipt I have made multiple attempts to get receipt from Hilton Honors, and since its a separate system (no access via HH either), they don't have direct access. I have tried around 20 times to contact hotel directly and they refuse to answer, i have had several Hilton Honors staff attempt to as well. Even got a supervisor and they couldn't get ahold of them either. This has gone on for 3 days. The customer service has been undeniable horrible. I still don't...
Read moreI stayed here for 3 nights in a 1-bedroom suite and enjoyed my stay. My room was on the 7th floor, facing Planet Hollywood hotel and Eiffel Tower.
The room includes the kitchen essentials, coffee machine, teapot, coffee beans and teabags. Bathroom includes soap, towels, shampoo and body lotion.
There’s also a whirlpool bathtub available ensuite. But the outdoor pool was closed for the season.
Upon arrival, we were given vouchers redeemable at lobby Starbucks for coffee or reception for bottled water, which was convenient.
Hotel has great access to all the activities on Las Vegas Strip thro the Shopping Center. And it’s about a 15-minute drive to the airport.
Areas for improvement: more bathroom essentials such as ear swab, shoe cleaner, makeup remover to be included in the rooms. Bathroom sink and whirlpool jet can be cleaned more diligently as I noticed they were still dirty spots from the...
