I purchased an item (HAT) that I saw the very next day included a t-shirt when I asked the asst. manager DAVID if I could pay the difference he stated that I would need to bring the receipt back...I did the very next day, however they had rang me up for a bag instead of the hat... I asked if I would be able to just pay the difference, he argued with the sales associates about the hat not being purchased according to the receipt. So I asked for the district manager number & name was told there was no one for me to speak with, then said he would have to call someone, so he went to the back of the store for 15 minutes came back said she was in a meeting & did not want to speak to me nor did she want my number, he refused her name as if it’s a covert operation for district managers....who I later was told her name was AMBER and she would call me back shortly....well she did not and DAVID claims that she said “the store manager handled it”….POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE...I SPENT GOOD MONEY & HAD A GROUP OF SEVEN WILL NEVER RECOMMEND...I TAKE SEVERAL TRIPS TO VEGAS & ALWAYS TRAVEL WITH A GROUP WE WILL NEVER SHOP WITH MAGNET MAX...

I would give zero stars if possible! They charged my card SIX TIMES! Kept claiming there was something wrong with my card. I told them repeatedly it was their machine. I then paid cash and they STILL charged my card SIX TIMES! They overcharged me $120 and said it would then take several days to return the money. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!! Will be filing a formal complaint with the BBB today! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE! There are PLENTY of other stores you can buy the SAME crap from that won't steal your money!! Can't wait to have to go BACK during my VACATION to raise hell with a Manager just to get my money back! Shop...

This is my fourth or fifth time returning to this store and I’m always a satisfied customer. I live in a California desert and drive from home to Vegas JUST so I can replace my sun beaten magnets. I put these things through hell and back and they hang on well!! People stop me ALL the time thinking I’ve left food on the hood of my truck. It’s a great conversation starter when I go to job sites. The burger and the donut even stay on the freeway. I’ve lost ONE burger to wind gusts of 60+ mph while also on the freeway doing 65. I’ve bought probably ten of these so far.
