Attention passengers thank you for joining me on this flight. Flights is an aviation themed atmosphere well known for serving their selection of sampler flights. Departing on our culinary adventure now without delays. Flights was definitely an experience to be had in Vegas if you like the idea of sampling some variety. The margarita flight with Traditional, mango chili, and prickly pear were great pairings. The margaritas were perfectly proportioned, all had great flavor profiles. The chili and mango were just right on the sweet and a subtle amount of spice. The prickly pear was definitely the favorite. But the lime traditional definetly was generously poured. Hope this review makes sense as it definitely gave a buzz. The Mac & Cheese 3 ways is Truffle, Cheddar and a Fried bacon Mac & Cheese. There is a reason it is popular. The salad flight provides a great variety of a Caprses that had great balsamic and pesto drizzle over mozzarella and tomato. The blue cheese wedge was adequately proportioned and the ceasr had great flavor. The skewer flight was the only piece that only slightly disappointed. By the time it gets to the table the sauces have all dropped off onto the roasted pineapple round the Thai peanut chicken, chimchuri steak and the teriyaki shrimp was the redeeming factor. Teriyaki sticks to anything. Proportions we're enough to share amongst a couple with 3 flights to share. Was wanting to see the table water in flights. Still, sparkling and infused, just thought it was a missed opportunity to seal the "Flights" concept. Overall was great. It wasn't very busy when we were there but if it busy service might lack as the staff seemed a bit over stressed. Our waitress was top notch. Thank you "Paris" for our experience was made special. You even brought a sample of your pina colada knowing we had had a poor experience the night before at another establishment. So asked for a layered Pina colada. Paris had never tried it but it turned out fantastic. Thank you for going above and beyond. Hope management recognizes staff that truly goes above and beyond. It was the top notch service that showed you cared about service and the experience. To finish off we had the cheesecake flight with portions of blueberry, strawberry and chocolate carmel. Again perfectly proportioned to finish off a meal even if you over indulged on the previous flights. Departing from main gate for a food nap. Thank...

Thanks Jason for taking care of us. We needed to get in and out and he accomplished it. The Empanadas were devine.
A little bit on the fence with this review. First, we stopped at the podium to ask how long the wait would be. 3 hour wait for a table for 2. OK, next... we decided to walk around. As I searched on Yelp and OpenTable for restaurants that I can make reservations, I found a 12 noon reservation. Perfect I thought to myself as it was 11:50am and we were shopping just a few yards away. I stood in line and checked in. I was told it would be a couple of minutes. Perfect again as I saw the table open that just needed to be cleaned. As I stood there a lot people were upset. Some had reservations and they weren't seated yet. They said they were waiting for over 45 minutes. After they approached the hostess and complained they were seated quickly. For me, I was not about to wait that long so after 25 minutes I approached the flight ladies and asked how long more I would need to wait when that 2 top table I had my eyes is available. After a few minutes she sat me there. Here was observation, they were so busy that the tables were not being bussed quickly enough. We finally was able to order and I our servers name was Kat. She was AWSOME. Despite of it being busy she still gave us the attention as a patron. We exchanged small talk and told her that we moved from San Diego and she mentioned where she was from etc. 5+++ Stars for Kat!
Food: • Red Wine Flight • Pita Flight Dip • Skewers Flight
I love the concept here. The Host is dressed like a flight attendant. The skewers were flavorful and delicious. My favorite was the chicken. It was tender and I love the peanut sauce, the beef was also good with chimichuri but it wasn't as tender. Least favorite was the shrimp. The pita dips were all delicious especially the babaganoush. Only sad thing was the burnt pita.
Overall, I'd...

I visited on 9/8 during the happy hour as I heard some influencers highly talking about it.
Impolite staff The female host with glasses was not welcoming at all. She guided us to a table near kitchen where employees and a tray robot in and out when there are a plenty of empty tables near the window side so asked for a different table. Since then she stopped talking and had us seat right next to the tray robot standing by! When she brought a jar of water, she didn’t say a word and quickly left (you know the COLD vibe).
Low quality & quantity foods
$15 Margarita flight Didn’t see a single grain of salt on the rim of glasses as attached pictures. It’s supposed to be Margarita! Seems and tasted like pre-made one. The glasses are small, compared to Ocean One Grill in the same shopping mall (which are in full size with strong alcohol - $12 for 3 drinks)
Ceviche Flights Over $21, you will be served with 3 x tiny tiny spoonful of fish on top (less than 15%) and the rest is lettuce in a small glass. Taste!? So bland, I can make it better. The accompanied chips were hard and tasteless as well.
Tacos For $13.95, you will get 3 X smallest taco I ever seen. It is so tiny like 2 inch width?, even for kids! Looks like miniature food. Where can I get these small size taco shell? See the attached photos.
Atmospheres It is a half open bar in Miracle Miles shopping mall and the seats are not comfortable. The vibe is a sterile + tacky decor with no character. Was expecting a cool experience as so-called influencers illustrated but as I was treated like less than a customer, didn’t want to stay for...
