Five Below — Attraction in Parma

One of the staff was really rude. Got there at 9:15, and I'm aware the store closes at 9:30 but 15 minutes is a reasonable time to take a quick look to grab something. The older lady was quick to throw attitude about "closing in 10 minutes", even though it was technically 15, but whatever. I leave the store after a couple minutes. But my boyfriend stays for a few extra minutes to finish looking and make his purchase. The older lady rudely kept pointing and sternly saying "you can check out right over there, you can do it yourself right over there" after he asked her if he can checkout at her counter....my brother was there with him and confirmed this as well. Both said the younger girl was nice and helpful. They left the store at 9:25 and I watched them lock the door immediately as a women was trying to enter to grab something quickly 5 minutes before closing. I get wanting to go home, but if you close at 9:30 then that's when the doors should lock. Felt bad...

I never really liked shopping at 5Below before my recent move to this neighborhood.

I stopped in by happenstance because I was next door at UPS. I was greeted, with eye contact and a smile!

I'm "seasoned" & disabled so shopping is nearly always difficult.

The look on my face must have been one of horror or dismay as I approached the checkout. It was self-service!

But! The employee jumped into action to help me, patiently guiding me, all with a soft tone & a gracious smile.

She even showed me how to complete my purchase, which included a way to give to charity!

The store is clean and organized. The aisles are wide & brightly lit. I didn't feel that overwhelmed & claustrophobic feeling when in a junkie, dimly lit store of my previous neighborhood experience.

I've already been back...

You know, that i make cool stuff for five dollars on that different particular five dollar items, i definitely should buy it all the time. Before i went there, i should do buy most of the time to how much i decided to be having more than $5 dollar items which it can or can't be more than $5 dollar on the next list of this budget to he missing. And for some thing's, i just bet on that $5.00 since then for further more than a chance for good to be going to five below to be very longer more to be successful. That's what i can be visiting at five below for all of my story. And it wouldn't not stop...
