Rally House Parma — Attraction in Parma

I have shopped here several times and always had a positive experience. Until you have to return!!I purchased 2 shirts for my husbands birthday at the Parma, Ohio location. I was told because I was on the rewards program they could look up my receipt through my email or phone number if I did need to do a return. I was honestly surprised and impressed that they offered that. Well they did not fit. I went to return them and was told they would not return the shirts with out the paper receipt and they would never tell anyone that. I was shocked and stunned. They offered nothing. No store credit, no resolution, and frankly implied that I was never told that. Really disappointed in the way this was handled. No resolution came of this at all, shame on you for not...

Just got home from the Parma store. Dominic was awesome AND he had a great sense of humor. I know this because he laughed at my funny jokes/comments. 🤣 He literally helped me search for a Guardians shirt I saw on line so I wasn't searching the store for an hour! We found it and I ended up not liking that shirt. So Dominic helped me find another cool shirt and even proceeded to help me make my final decision when I couldn't decide! Fun and easy experience! I was at this store on March,15, 2024 for the first time. I was greeted by Alyssa and Nicole. Right from the start they both lisened very well as I explained what I was looking for. Alyssa's and Nicole's patience with me was outstading and gave me great deal of help in making decisions on what looked nice on me.
