   Read moreI bought my used Subaru from Paul Miller in late August and it was a good experience. Da'Shawn was my sales advisor. He was extremely patient - we had a ton of questions and took up a LOT of his time. He did not rush us at any point, making sure we felt comfortable with the purchase. He was thorough in showing us the inventory that matched what we were looking for, and he was informative yet not pushy at all, which was a stark contrast to other dealerships I have been to.
A couple days before Thanksgiving, the check engine light came on. I also noticed that the seat heaters did not work - I probably didn't even check that they actually heated when I bought the car at the end of summer. I was nervous about all of this and called up Paul Miller to make a service appointment. They made an appointment for me to drop my car off the very next day. Steve was my service advisor. He found the issue immediately, which was minor; a blown fuse and a gas cap that had not been tightly screwed. On the day before Thanksgiving, Steve fixed the fuse on the seat heaters and also resolved the check engine light issue. I couldn't believe the turn around time, and on top of that, they waived the bill for fixing the seat heaters since I pointed out that I hadn't actually been using them over the couple months I'd owned the car.
