Probably one of the worst experiences I have had for a simple service. Simple oil change and oil was left on the hood of the car. Multipoint inspection says my coolant is ok, wipers, etc. Yet after I checked the coolant, the level was below minimum. As for wipers, it was a good thing I orders OEM wipers prior to visit since they didn’t bother to check they were original at 29,000 miles. Car rides much worse following the service than prior to bringing it in. Lastly, there was an issue with software when first getting car. Service manager at time Steve Bono said no matter what when bringing it in they would check for software and update at no cost. Now on last visit was told since past 3 years they will not update. WOW is all I can say!

Erin is extremely knowledgeable and patient! The video of my car with the technician going over what he sees before starting the work was so freakin cool! Customer lounge is perfect for doing work while waiting. Gave me great advice about what is urgent vs what can wait. Kept me from being penny-wise and pound-foolish. People wrongly think getting service done at a dealership costs you more money; but, making good decisions and having peace of mind is priceless.

This is my first service for my Brand new Subaru Ascent, i very satisfied with service process, first the receiving person was very polite as well as front desk “” , she was very thorough explaining all details, waited having snacks and coffee , what else you want?!,I read few magazines , I visited my salesperson and he showed me my possible other new car, after aprox. an hour and half, my Subaru was ready, serviced nice and clean. Thank you from Luis H.

Once again Erin deserves a 5 Star Customer Experience. Erin makes you feel it is only you she is working for or with. Kind, Personal and Very Informative regarding you and your vehicle. I always know when I go in I will be getting the best service from the technicians taking care of my vehicle and especially Erin who will guide me through the process. Thank you again for another great experience.

I bought my used Subaru from Paul Miller in late August and it was a good experience. Da'Shawn was my sales advisor. He was extremely patient - we had a ton of questions and took up a LOT of his time. He did not rush us at any point, making sure we felt comfortable with the purchase. He was thorough in showing us the inventory that matched what we were looking for, and he was informative yet not pushy at all, which was a stark contrast to other dealerships I have been to.

A couple days before Thanksgiving, the check engine light came on. I also noticed that the seat heaters did not work - I probably didn't even check that they actually heated when I bought the car at the end of summer. I was nervous about all of this and called up Paul Miller to make a service appointment. They made an appointment for me to drop my car off the very next day. Steve was my service advisor. He found the issue immediately, which was minor; a blown fuse and a gas cap that had not been tightly screwed. On the day before Thanksgiving, Steve fixed the fuse on the seat heaters and also resolved the check engine light issue. I couldn't believe the turn around time, and on top of that, they waived the bill for fixing the seat heaters since I pointed out that I hadn't actually been using them over the couple months I'd owned the car.
