Staples — Attraction in Parsippany-Troy Hills

I ordered premium, glossy business cards from this Staples and the woman working the print station calls me and tells me it's ready to be picked up on the same day - cool, that's awesome, so fast! Only to find out once I see them that they're standard and matte - not what I ordered. I called them back and THEN she tells me they didn't have the premium or glossy paper and that they would refund me the difference since what I ordered was more expensive. But if they didn't have the paper, why not call me in the first place and explain the situation? I would've understood. And when she called me, she could have TOLD ME THEN what happened. This is an example of sheer laziness on this employee's part. Would not recommend anyone ordering business cards from here. If I didn't call, she would never had told me and would have let me...

Come here frequently for self serve printing jobs and such. Never realized how good I had it here until I visited a different, worse, staples. In comparison, this one always has computers that are working, which aren't slow or laggy, and seems to be updated frequently (the worse staples wasn't even able to open GDrive due to chrome being an older version, and took a few minutes just to boot up, then a few minutes again to even open chrome). The print job is usually a smooth process. Reaching out to the printing professionals behind the desk is also easy, they're fairly attentive and helpful, though usually they're bogged down with high traffic. ABOVE & BEYOND!!! I got stuck at work due to the current storm and needed a Google Chromecast to make my hotel stay more enjoyable. I called the store in the morning and asked if they were going to close early due to the weather. They were unsure at the time, it must of been less than an hour and I received a call from Staples (caller ID) and advised me that they were going to close at 12:30. She offered to take the order by phone and drop it off to me on her way home. WOW!! I was taken by her generosity and I am so THANKFUL for people like her.
