Kathy has baked birthday cakes for my daughter's last two birthdays! The first was a beautiful two layer pink rosette cake! The second was a Minnie Mouse cake! She exceeded our expectations both times! Both cakes were amazingly beautiful, moist, and incredibly delicious! She used buttercream in place of fondant (which I do not like) on the Minnie Mouse cake! It had the look of fondant, but the deliciousness of buttercream. Kathy even called a few weeks in advance of my daughter's birthday the second year to ask if we needed her to make the cake! This was incredibly professional and helpful, because in the midst of doing other things, I had not called to order the cake! I would give Kathy a million stars if allowed! She does not...

Ms. Kathy was AMAZING! Gave her an idea for my sister’s wedding cake and she delivered flawlessly. The cake was beautifully decorated, reasonably priced and the taste was out of this world. It was fresh, moist and flavor was mmm, mmmm, mmmmmm!!!!!! Everyone was blown away. It slid a little in the car on our way to the reception and got smooshed a bit (our fault entirely, of course) and it STILL looked beautiful. Contacted Kathy kind of last minute for reasons my wife and I couldn’t control. Our babygirl needed a spectacular cake the next day. Kathy not only delivered for us last minute but delivered an exquisitely designed red velvet cake decorated to match our birthday decor. And YES it tasted as good as it looked—rare to find someone that can design so well and yet still soothe your souls with with its taste. Thank you again Kathy!!!
