The Town Center at Levis Commons — Attraction in Perrysburg

A great gathering place for food and drinks with friends and a perfect collection of stops for a family outing. With plenty of restaurant, coffee and dessert options, Levis Commons can almost always offer up something to do. Though best enjoyed in the warmth of Spring and Summer to take in the outdoors, fountains and nice walk around the center, there is plenty of parking close enough to the stores or Movie Theater to get in quick! Numerous Hotel options make it a go-to for businesses and "large party" family or professional gatherings with actual long-term housing not too far from the Levis Commons center as well. I've had family and friends live here and can say from experience that they are beautiful homes with plenty to offer for families to take full advantage of the area. Levis Commons is typical of "outdoor malls," as we call them. It's a better experience than an old, run-down indoor mall, minus climate control. The stores trend toward the upper middle class demographic, but there's still a Claire's and other staples of a typical mall.

There is a good selection of restaurants in and around the mall proper. It's pretty year-round, with lots of Christmas decorations up at the time of this review.

Traffic is reasonably controlled, so as long as you use the common sense you would exercise in a small downtown you'll have a pleasant time getting around in your car or on foot. Adequate parking and crosswalks, actively-roaming security, and sufficient snow removal are to be expected. Love Levis Commons. BUT.......BUT. Like most commercial developments and retail stores and towns in general. A restroom is not a bad thing. We all need them. Like most places restroom facilities should NOT be out back, down the hall in back of store. Restrooms needbto be included in your blueprints just like a J. JILL or AT&T. Customers need restrooms. To go to the bathroom or wad their hands. Please take one of these closed stores towards the center of the facility and make a nice facility for patrons. I'm shopping now and refused to ask a hostess in a restaurant to use their restroom. Back to the car and to the gas station. Ma be back but probably not.
