Don’t even even bother crossing the threshold of this terrible place. They have ridiculous rules of what you can bring into this place. I had just bought a bag of candy down the street from a lady who was raising money for a local charity and wanted to stop in for a daiquiri while my friends were finishing their Steaks from Jim’s on South. I was told by the bouncer I could not come in with the bag of candy. My only option was to throw it away and then the guy at the door decided he was the ethics police and thought I needed a lecture on the plight of the homeless in the city and I should have donated them instead of throwing them away. Last I checked there was no donation box by the door. He would not let it go and kept questioning why I threw it away and I asked him why I couldn’t bring in a bad of peanut M&Ms. His response was that was the owners rule and that I was a terrible person for throwing the candy away. Get your own house in order before deciding that you have some moral high ground because you get to stand by a door and check IDs for a living. Instead of arguing with him I left and had the entire group of 20 people that were about to follow me in go down the street. Too bad for this place that could have probably used the cash flow from a good group of people looking to have a little fun on South St. It was bag of Peanut M&Ms not a concealed weapon. I can totally understand the poor ratings for this place. Take a pass on Fat Tuesday’s if you have a contraband of candy. Apparently Philadelphia’s homeless need more sugar...

i went to the service department today to have an issues resolved that i was already there for approximately 2 weeks ago. When the appointment was made by Chris, i was told that a technician would ride with me to hear the noise that needed servicing. Marc (front desk representative for service department) stated "IM NOT DOING THAT"! i as a customer didn't like Marc affect. So i responded with the same energy. once things smooth over with Marc and I. Marc reviewed the notes and i assumed saw that Chris in fact did state that a technician should ride with the customer. when the technician came the front, he was clearly upset that he was being told he had to ride with me. although the technician frustration were not directed towards me, i yelled for him to keep his attitude over there and to not take it out on me. At this point i was in a full blown shouting match with the technician. Ofcourse every employee present took the side of there colleagues as expect. One guy i cant recall his name signal for me and pointed to the door. i asked him "are you telling me to get out"? This employee kept his cool although i was clearly upset at this point and yelling. The employee stated im not telling you to get out, but i cant hear my customer.

Once the technician got in the car with me he was very professional and treated me with respect, and i return the gestures. The young lady who issued me my loaner car...

Ok so me and my gf's decide to have some fun and dress in inflatable costumes and go here to drink. After a few of us get over being zipped in we go in and start ordering. My gf orders the most expensive drink, thinking that its the same price as posted pn the menu. The woman hands her the change and she questions it. Now my gf does talk loud and at u so good thing I was there to speak in a softer tone. By then the woman already took offense and I get it, but I did explain that she wasnt getting smart. So we order food. Well why when our food came it had to be my gf with a black hair in her tray on the side (not touching the food though). Mind you she has blonde hair and I have red in. So I let the woman know. She replies and says but the hair is not on the food. I say yes but who want to stare at a foriegn a inch away on the plate. She then says, she will put the food in a new paper tray but shes not cooking more because its not touching it. My gf ask for her money back and she says no. My gf says can she see the manager and she says she is the manager, now what. She told my gf to get up and talk to her like a real woman, my gf gets up and asked again a d she go get the change and throws it on the counter. My gf goes to ask someone else and she yells thats the door guy dummy. So im cool off fat tuesday if its that location. Her reaction to the hair says much more. Ill never be back...

Great drinks, good location, extremely over priced. Not a big fan of half of the workers attitudes, the 1 cook is very friendly when they have one. Vibes aren’t close to what they used to be but it’s okay. Lost TouchTunes© don’t know how that could possibly happen, was a good addition at the time. Don’t bother bringing a reusable cup from any other Fat Tuesday bc they’ll only give u the overpriced 16-24oz styrofoam cup. Imo only come here for the Frozen drinks that are unmatched but nowadays crazy overpriced. Be prepared to spend $70 for 3 drinks. Don’t judge other Fat Tuesdays, I’ve been to 10+ this is the only one that is like this. Watch you’re ordering or you’ll run yourself a $30 drink real quick.

No food & We waited for service and was super confused. We then went and asked & was told no food ONLY DRINKS. What a bummer! However, the drinks were super good! We went on a Saturday night and it was DEAD. Straight Ghost town. I was visiting from NY with friends & we were all disappointed. It’s a super hyped up place. I would recommend to only go there for last minute plans and if you want an affordable spiked drink. Parking is hard to find but eventually you find a spot. We had to go to another place to eat which was 2 blocks down but we came back & sat. We drank and enjoyed each other company.

We wasn't impressed. Expectations of a Mardi Gras like vibe was apparently expecting too much. The big bouncer guy clearly takes his job seriously; not moving an inch, but enforcing all the rules that's plastered all over the place. The lady serving the drinks, her attitude was blah.... not friendly at all. The frozen daiquiri 190° octane gives you a brain freeze, melts then taste just like sugar. No souvenir cup selection either. What a disappointment. (south street, not bourbon street.) What a reminder ..
