This will be along review. I have finally found my go to jeweler and its Shyne. I wanted to get myself a Rolex day date since i was a kid and i was finally in the position to get one. If any one is familiar with Rolex Enforcer he shouts out Jewelers that are reputable and safe to do business with. So he mentioned Shyne Jewelers in Philly. They are about two hours away from where i live and i decided to take the trip. When i walked up to the store all of the staff were standing outside just enjoying the day having conversations among est each other. EVERYONE greeted me with a handshake or dap and said to me "pleasure meeting you what are you looking for today"? Where are you from? Whats your name? They had very good dialogue and conversations with me and were very very friendly. I told them i was looking to get a Day Date. So i walked in the store (they have a very nice selection of any type of jewelry that will fit pretty much any budget) and they showed me different models that they had. Very nice watch selection. The gentleman that helped me out were Guy and another gentleman named Lex. Very professional guys and very polite they both will work with your budget on whatever your trying to purchase. I had to leave out of town the day that they watched out be done and these guys shipped it to me next day before i left out of town for my trip! A+ customer service. I even got a text saying your watch is one your way let me know if you have any issues. Going above and beyond like that to me means more than anything. I will continue to keep doing business with these...
Read moreI’ve given Shyne Jewelers way too many chances — I’ve been back and forth to their Philly store over a dozen times, each time wasting an hour drive each way, because their rings keep falling apart.
In a little over a year, I’ve had three rings from them:
First ring: Stone fell out within 6 months, replaced the stone, then the whole band literally split in half by the 1 year mark.
Second ring: Stone fell out, got it “fixed,” and the same stone fell out again within 48 hours. Found out later it was missing a prong entirely.
Third ring: Had this one custom made to my finger (size 4.5), thinking it would solve the problem - it’s less than a month old and a stone already fell out again.
Now the manager is telling me it must have “hit something,” while another employee said earlier stones falling out shouldn’t happen on a ring that new. They refuse to give me my money back, only offering to “fix it again.” So I guess I’m just supposed to keep driving back every month to repair a ring that never should’ve left the store in this condition?
This has been a nightmare experience. The quality is awful, and the customer service is even worse. A terrible terrible experience all around. I wouldn’t recommend Shyne Jewelers to ANYONE — save yourself the time, money, and...
Read moreThank you Marco and the Shyne team of jewelers, for a wonderful customer experience, and my beautiful piece of jewelry! I must say you exceeded my expectations. Finding a jeweler skilled enough to make my favorite piece of costume jewelry into the “real thing”, diamonds and gold, was hard enough. but I was especially skeptical, dealing with a jeweler in a different state from me. Trust was a major factor, but I found Shyne Jewelers to be honest and transparent throughout the process. The first and only person that I communicated with at Shyne was Marco and he immediately let me know that they could do the job that I was asking for and he practically held my hand from start to the finish. Marco listened to me and ensured that what I wanted was being done, showing me photos and videos as my piece was being made. He welcomed my feedback, happily made any adjustments I asked and sought my approval every step of the way, and all within the accurately projected time line that I was told (which was fast to me for a custom piece). AND he was professional and always available to speak with me. Shyne Jewelers definitely lived up to the company name, shinning bright in customer service and good communication! 10 outta 10, would...
