New ownership .. I don’t typically leave bad reviews.. I’ve been coming to this place for a while and have always had a good experience with the previous nail techs Jenna and Sophia. Today I went in to find they had been bought out and the place is under completely new management as of 2 weeks ago.

It must have been my girls first time ever doing nails because she was pressing so hard with the sander that it would stop running. I was burnt and cut multiple times. She kept getting distracted and sanding my hands, dropping things, and was getting cotton balls stuck in the sander while it was still rotating. She poured acetone down my sleeve, spilled a bottle of nail polish and had cotton stuck all over her gloves and tools. I could tell she was panicking and didn’t have any training.. Just a mess. She soaked and sanded my nails 6 times over before I said “is this your first day?” And they finally had me move to a different chair. I then watched other regular clients have the same experience with her, get frustrated & get passed on to someone else.

The 2nd tech apologized and did what I asked her to do but the experience was so rushed with very little attention to detail. My nails have specs of black dust stuck in the clear coat & they are uneven .. I am disappointed and sad to have to find a...

Extremely disappointed with this establishment. I have never been and because of this I purchased a Groupon to try the place out. I called last week on a Thursday to schedule an appointment for Friday and was told Groupons could only be used Monday through Thursday (even though no day specifications were listed on the Groupon). I told the young lady I would call back the following week to schedule between those days. I called yesterday on a Thursday and asked if they were currently busy for me to get a mani pedi, tho which the young lady stated they were not, she then asked me how I heard about them and I stated I had a groupon. She then told me that Groupons are only accepted Monday through Wednesday. I explained to her that I called last week and she told me Monday through Thursday and she said sorry, you can return the groupon and pay cash for our special. I told her that defeats the purpose. If i return the Groupon I would just go somewhere else. I asked to speak to someone else, a manager or another co-worker and she said sorry, boss not here. It is absolutely false advertisement to offer a Groupon for your establishment but not allow a customer to use it. Horrible customer service. I would not recommend...

i absolutely just fell in love with this place. i’m currently in the middle of getting a pedicure here and the service is beautiful. everyone here is incredible patient and precise and they make it their goal to make you feel relaxed. i’m actually coming back monday for a manicure because i just loved the service that much. i will 10000% recommend a pedicure here, it’s incredibly distressing and calming! they also offer wine, coffee, tea etc for your convenience. everyone here is so kind, patient, and they work their hardest to produce the best results, love it! highly recommend and the prices are...
