Although the customer service is great but the meat is not so good and let me tell you the meat they are selling is NOT grass fed as they claim on their website. The meat itself tastes absolutely horrible and has crumbly texture it’s not something I wanna go back to eat again. I grew up eating grass fed meat when you cook it, it taste absolutely delicious and you don’t even have to add bunch of spices to make it taste good so you can’t tell me otherwise someone who grew up eating grass fed, these people along with many other shops claim their meat is grass fed is a huge lie. I purchase meat from many halal shops and they all taste awful i had to add bunch i mean BUNCH of spices just so i could at least eat it. If you ever eat grass fed meat you’ll realize this meat taste just as good as grass or maybe worst at least grass is not this costly and you know your eating grass lol, you get my point. We are mid-western steak snobs and until we went to this place we found every single place in Philadelphia sadly lacking. Trader Joe’s steak was disgusting, DiBruno brothers steak was ok but not worth the price. This place is 100% the real deal! You can get quality meat cut to order. We got an enormous bone in prime rib for $10 a pound! Their incredibly tasty filet is $15 a pound. When cooked up at home this was incredibly tasty and fresh with an excellent meaty flavor! When you eat a cut like filet the quality matters a lot because you eat it so rare. This meat is of excellent quality and I would not hesitate to even make a steak tartare from their products. They have great locally, sustainably, organically sourced halal meat. It’s a small business and a small shop, so you might have to wait a bit while the staff chops your or another customer’s cuts right in front of you, but it’s well worth it.

The staff is accommodating, friendly, and answers any and all questions I may have. They also do orders if you need something specific! One of the guys there keeps telling me my bill is more than it should be, but never charges me that (thank God for the joke, because I’m not always paying attention to the total lol).
