I'm not sure why I stop at this location for anything. My last experience was for the T-Mobile store and they were useless and uneducated as I purposefully verified the process I was looking to complete with customer service provider to going so that ideally all I had to do was as a line and get the sim card instantly. Yeah, they screwed the pooch on that simple task... Charging me $27 for a SIM card and tried to upsell me to another plan for$130 more a month. Yeah left that joint. What's most disappointing was a 20 minute phone call with customer service got things complete while saving me money per month. Down side is I had to wait for delivery in the sim card. Additionally, I always like being treated like a criminal at the Roosevelt mall since there is a security guard present. That many people running out of the store with the phones that are tethered to the tables? My Chipotle experience was about the same at this location as well. Used the online ordering to be able to pick our order upon showing up. Ordered when we were 20 minutes away and actually didn't get there until about 25 minutes later. They did not even have our order started when we showed up. Apparently no one looked and I had to stand there for 10 minutes while they made it. It doesn't take 10 minutes if I would have just got in line. It would have been faster to get in line; alas if I hadn't already paid through the app... Online has worked great with other locations, not sure what there issue...
Read moreMall is ghetto. At one side now all you see is food trucks none of them have licenses to be there, it's taking away from the businesses that serve food in that area. And they will probably be closing down soon because the stores are not getting any business from the customers in the area. They're all going to the food trucks who don't report the money they receive and their food is not healthy. Most of the stores and especially Macy's people are returning clothes that they wear and get more clothes and then return the same closed its ridiculous. They're not buying the clothes. This is why stores are going out of business and people are loosing their jobs. That's why many of these stores are going out of business now because people are returning stuff they wear with the tags still on it. Sears will be closing soon and Jim's Steaks Closed and a few other stores will closing to. It's all because of the consumers that shop there doing what their doing i.e. stealing, wearing clothing n shoes then returning it constantly never purchasing, food trucks on street with no licenses to be there taking away from established stores that pay taxes n hire people but the trucks are triple dipping as its all cash and I bet you their using their access cards to buy food to sell to u on tax payers dime. Shady Shady dealings. The entire area is going...
