After touring many daycares / schools in the area, SHS Playshool clearly stood out. The staff and teachers were wonderful in helping my little one feel comfortable and safe in her new environment. The school itself is so clean and spacious and located on a pretty block of society hill. It’s rare to find such a big indoor play space and 2 outdoor play areas. Great for developing those gross motor skills! The director, Megan, is so responsive and the teachers are also very accessible. Communication has never been an issue and as first time parents, this was an important criteria for us. I even appreciate the smaller things like being able to park our stroller inside the school so we don’t have to lug it back and forth, and being able to drop off our little one inside her class (vs outside the school). They prioritize play and have lots of activities for the kids, including Soccer Shots, ZoomDance, and music.
