Called in to order as their site didn't support any requests for dishes, which is understandable especially as those modifications can get complicated for a busy restaurant. It was totally fine to remove the chicken, tofu, and bell pepper from the Mee Krob (I stated I have no problem paying full price) and we ordered a shrimp yellow curry and extra rice. With 4 cans of soda an extra side of jasmine rice it came out to about 50 bucks. The drinks made up like 12 of that, but it was still cheaper than the hotel. Enough logistics! The food was delicious! Creamy, thick, rich yellow curry that coated the rice nice and thicc. Easily a dozen plump tasty shrimp in it totally justifying the common upcharge. The Mee Krob was perfect and just what my wife craved, packed with salty sweet flavor, crunchy bean sprouts and tangy green onion. Simple preparation with all the items removed. The restaurant was about to close and the staff was relaxed and friendly. I realized that's why he didn't even ask for a name. Super solid and deserves all 5 stars for more than meeting our expectations. (The Tupperware was mine, used as a bowl for the curry)

Our daughter loved their food. She ate two servings of her food. We ordered their signature dish which had chicken, fresh not frozen veggies, rice and a nice sweet and savory sauce. Food was ready very quickly. It was confusing who our waiter was as we had 4 different people seat, serve, bring drink and bring check. Our food was plentiful portion and served hot. There was unfortunately a hair in our food, we didn't see till plate was almost empty. We ordered an adult beverage called a Mai Thai. It was almost as costly as our food which served 3 people, it didn't look like the menu photo and tasted only sweet( no alcohol or very little). We paid cash and the change was given in large bills in hopes of prompting a large tip. We had other change so we tipped with ones. Thank you!

The stellar reviews brought me to Thai Basil and I can see what all the hype is about! I ordered chicken Pad Thai, spice level 2 and an order of mango sticky rice. I ordered take out and the gentleman who took my order was very friendly. I was surprised at how large the portion of Pad Thai was but then I realized they have lunch portions as well as dinner portions and maybe I needed to specify I wanted the smaller one so just be aware. Flavor-wise I’m very pleased with the Pad Thai, although next time I think I’d get a higher spice level and specify I want the smaller portion. Total I paid $27 which seems a bit steep for Pad Thai and mango sticky rice, however, I love Thai food and will definitely return to try some other favorites!

The worst experience ever in my life! We went for a dinner on 7/1 around 6:30. Walked in and it was not that busy. The waiter set us by where we did not want to sit as there was a reservation where we wanted to sit. Ordered all the food at once. Got our appetizers on time then no one ever came to pick up the dishes. 30 mins later, 3 entree came and we were waiting for one more which was a vegetarian. The waiter did not say anything about the fourth entrée so in about 15 minutes I decided to ask him where is my fourth entrée. He told me they were still making it. We patiently wait for another 45 minutes then decide to ask another girl who was at the front Bar Who also took our order. I told her what was taking so long she got mad at me asking her and she yelled at me and said I am not the Cook and I don’t know let me go find out. When she came back she pretty much said it will take another 10 minutes do you want to wait or do you want to leave and this is exactly how she asked me. I was completely shocked when I heard that I have never heard that in my entire life of going out to eat. There was a customer next to us that was eating and he was shocked as well by her behavior. The food finally came all the three entrées that came 45 minutes before that was cold everybody ate the waiter never showed up again to fill up the water or to check up on us. Few minutes later he decided to bring us the bill and we said no bill. We walked away not paying our bill for obvious reasons. It was probably the worst experience ever in our life people are rude food is OK unless you have all day I would not...

It was Saturday night, not too busy. I inquired about ordering a shot of Jack Daniels and was told it cost $8.95. So I skip the shot. My wife orders the sweet and sour chicken. I order an appetizer of egg rolls which were probably the highlight of the dinner. I then ordered my dish; drunken noodles. When the food arrived, I can tell immediately my wife was a bit disappointed that her sweet and sour chicken dish wasn't the way she wanted. She loves the fried chicken version of sweet and sour chicken. But she said it was tasty. Next came my drunken noodles. I had this dish at other Thai restaurants and it's my favorite. The drunken noodles here tasted good but I didn't care for all of the veggies. It was over saturated in veggies. It consisted of 70% veggies, 10% chicken and 20% noodles. I was disappointed because the main feature of drunken noodles was an emphasis on the noodles part. The noodles were in small pieces, nothing like I've had them in other restaurants.

All in all, we were looking for a great Thai restaurant and we will continue to look. I don't think we...
