Worst experience in dining in the longest time. First a few things...I'm very aware that the service industry is hurting with less servers than needs but that's not the case here, in fact their were ample servers that just stood around. We waited 20 minutes once sat at our table before anyone said a word to us. We flagged down 4 servers who all stated it wasn't their table. It was table 13. It was a busy Sunday morning (last week) and while busy is understandable, we would have been completely ok with someone popping by to offer a quick, "we're busy I'll grab you some waters and will be back in a few minutes", but no. As we sat there waiting to find out who are server was, multiple tables were sat, drink orders taken, and even in one case food delivered. All while we hadn't even been approached. When we finally got a server she took our drink and food order, and 15 minutes later waters arrived, another 10 minutes for our sodas to arrive, and when our food arrived it was luke warm. When our server handed us our check after never refilling our beverages we said we wanted to speak with a manager. We were quickly told they were too busy on the kitchen to come out to speak with us. We said we'll wait. Finally a staff supervisor came to our table with a whole host of exuses. I live 5 minutes away from this location and I will never return. I'm added a picture of the bathroom cleaning "check list", it was Sunday and there was not toilet paper or paper towels....guess it was "too busy" to clean as well.

On North side of shopping center there are alot of places to shop, not alot of places to park on a late September Saturday around noon. As it is, Camelback Rd. Is CRAZY almost any day of the week. I went to Ulta beauty and it was very frustrating to wait a long time to find a spot anywhere, even far from your store. Ulta is here, Michael's, Lane Bryant Outlet, Old Navy, Famous Footwear, Bed, Bath & Beyond, Marshall's, Staples all have external entrances. Floor & Decor, Off Broadway and Last Chance is inside the Mall is in the shopping center. Floor & Decor also has entrance on southern entrance on Highland Ave side. I try to avoid but I love Ulta and Michael's here. If you come, bring your ZEN with you as you and everyone else try to find your way in the lot without bumping into anything... or anybody for that matter. Needs more space in parking lot to maneuver into parking spaces and aisles. Need more parking on this side!

Awesome spot it's close to the house. They have an in and out burger, 5 below, Fry's ,PetSmart and so much more. Just about anything you want they have a store for it! I forgot they have a best buy as well. I have a soft spot for Best buy as that is where my wife and I met 20 years ago. Also across the street they have a trader Joe's and a whole foods. If you are in the area stop by and get yourself a double double! Oh and if you don't live in AZ.... Sorry about your luck homie! Lol

It’s A fairly decent mall and offers a variety of shops and food selections, but my concern is for negative input is there’s no place for a person to sit or wait for others who are shopping.

As a husband, it would be nice to have an area that I could sit in a chair while my wife shops.

I understand you don’t want to encourage loitering, but I was there July 1, 2025 and people were laying on the floor sleeping or sitting and leaning against the windows of a vacant shop.

If you have numerous people just crashed, enjoying the air conditioning rather than being outside, it doesn’t seem that loitering is as bigger concern. Perhaps providing your guests for a place to rest might be beneficial, especially if you’re not overly troubled by non-patrons and the visual impact of them curled up sleeping.

I have made numerous trips to this mall and have used a variety of stores one of which is the store Last Chance.

Location is in a lower level, but the real issue is the mezzanine attracts and apparently is allowing transient to as I reported months ago to lay out or crash within the facility.

Today I wanted to get a coffee from the snack bar/kiosk on the mezzanine, but was repulsed by the overwhelming odor coming from one of the transients reclining on the floor. He was so pungent that I physically lost my desire for any food or beverage.

I just don’t understand how any business can find this acceptable. Why they would tolerate or at least have procedures to eliminate...

I give the stars because it looked really nice and had stores I wanted and one that was recommended. I won't name it but it was as though I was thrust into a filming of the Jerry Springer Show. First you go down a floor from street level, follow the litter and it led me into the store I had been told of. It was packed with loud, pushy adults and somehow a busload of children had been turned loose with instructions to run the aisles, bumping people as they ran. I finally found the area where men's Dress clothes were. None of the sizes were in their designated areas but either on the floor or thrown on top of racks in different areas. I changed direction and went to footwear for myself and family. Same mess but I found a pair that might work but was told to Vacate the area, they were going to restock. It was two in in the afternoon! I'd pay more than retail before I would go for a discount in that store again. From what I saw the discounts were very small if any and not worth...
