Brenda was super helpful and very nice. The whole place smelled like weed though so that was weird. EDIT: I see I got a response from the owner. While I appreciate your willingness to accommodate, your weed store should probably smell like weed. I was joking. Thank you. EDIT 2: I've been coming to this dispensary for only a few months now but I've had nothing but good experiences with all the staff. EDIT 3 February 6th. 2024 wanted to add another review but couldn't so I edited this one. I recently went to this dispensary again and it's been a great experience. I've had nothing but great customer service and the product has been great.Edit 4: I just wrapped up another visit and Rayshawn was very helpful. Edit 5: 4/26/2024I've been going to this dispensary for a while now and I've been having nothing but great experiences! Everyone there has been delightful. Edit 6 May 29th 2024: I've continued to shop at this dispensary and they have continued to provide excellent service along with an excellent product. 7/10/2024: I'm adding another review to say that all the while I've been coming to this dispensary, the workers there have consistently done a great job and made me feel good about my patronage there. Edit 7: 8/23/24: The jars location by Metro continues to be a fine place to do business and pick up the essentials. Edit 8: 9/11/24 This location continues to be a great place to buy from. Extremely disappointing service Maria a "manager" was aware of a technical issue with online orders that has been causing issues, instead of trying to accommodate an error on their part, I was met with unwillingness to help, pushy unprofessional behavior. With all the options you have to buy else where in the valley, go where they treat their customers with respect instead of annoyance. Also, she refused to provided me with the name of the bud tender who was being very rude and condescending, when I asked how come he doesn't need to display his credentials, she said he has them on him, and she is not required to provide me his name. He was tall, fair complexion, dark brown somewhat curly hair, large nose, bushy thick eyebrows, was working the express checkout counter at approx 8:45PM. Basically told me to go back to my vehicle and replace my online order or wait because I can't "cut" the recreational line. Mind you I did everything I was supposed to do on my part, my online order was missing in their system due to a known technical issue and this kid still tells me to go through the online system again 🤔 please make that make sense. Read moreLately, JARS has dropped the ball every time I visit. This time was no different. I get home and see that I got the wrong items in my bag. So I have to make the drive BACK to JARS because the staff couldn’t do their job right the first time. My gummies were a little more than what I paid so I asked if I could just get the gummies on the house to make up for this less than stellar experience and the other times they messed up my order. An associate told me she can’t cause the gummies are already discounted and the whole schpiel. I just told them to refund my money. I’m not gonna be giving my money to a place that runs a sloppy shop. All the employees are high out there minds. And I get it but if you’re too high to do your job, much less function then you didn’t need to be working there. Sloppy sloppy shop. This also happened last time I went. Girl was blitzed out her mind and she had the thousand yard stare. When she went to get my correct order, she just shuffled to and from the shelf. Again, I get it,but come on people Get it together. I find it weird that at the end, the budtender gave me a $15 preroll on the house to try to make up for the screw up. But the difference I would have had to pay was like 20 so idk why they couldn’t just gimme the gummies instead of a so so preroll. JARS METRO I guess.
