The staff was amazing. The staff there made the entire experience so much more enjoyable than without them. The experience itself was exhilarating and adrenaline inducing. The locker room facilities were also better than expected. I believe the price point for this attraction is quite high, though. I would also have preferred that employees mop the locker room's routinely to keep the floors from being quite so wet and icky. I also would have appreciated a bit more of an introduction for what to expect. The curtains covering the changing rooms are also getting kind of stained and gross looking and again at the price point for the attraction I would expect them to invest the 20 bucks it costs to replace the shower curtains. There are also no hooks in the changing room which to me is a no-brainer of an item that should be expected in an attraction such as that. Conversely the provided hair dryer was completely unexpected but also very much appreciated and, again, the staff start to finish was extremely exceptional and made the experience very fun.
Since I could not find this information easily on their website here is my recommendation for attending this attraction: bring your dry clothes in a plastic grocery sack inside yet another bag containing a towel a hairbrush and another pair of socks just in case. You should wear Crocs or other types of slip-on shoes that you don't mind getting wet and if you have sensitive feet or are worried about stepping on painful rocks or going barefoot in a public bus, you should bring and wear water shoes. You cannot wear shoes on the bus for the ride up the hill and then you do have about a 10-ft walk on fake grass turf and small pieces of gravel. When arriving in the first place, you first sign a waiver, you check in, and they give you a wristband. then you can access the locker rooms wherw you can change into your swimsuits. They have covered changing rooms and toilet stalls for privacy as well as ample cubbies for storage space. You cannot bring anything up the hill that is not going in the ball. You must leave your shoes at the locker room or outside at the bottom of the hill before you board the heated bus that drives you to the top of the hill. Once you get off you can walk to the track of your choosing and employees are there to assist you in loading into the ball head first. the employee zips it up and pushes you down your track when you get to the bottom there are more employees to receive you to unzip the ball and help you get out feet first and then you can walk right back over to your shoes and back to the locker room. With no hooks in the changing room, I recommend keeping your dry clothes in your plastic bag until you completely strip from your swimsuit and then dry off with your towel and then go ahead and get to your dry clothes. The cubbies are unsecured so be...
Read moreWow! Outdoor Gravity Park is an awesome experience! I've seen videos of people riding in Zorb balls on YouTube, so when my wife found OGP had Zorb balls and was just a couple miles from our hotel in Pigeon Forge, we purchased a single roll for the family. Know that this is a unique experience - there are 2 Zorb ball parks in the world, and the other is in New Zealand.
We bought our tickets online a few weeks before our visit, but had such a blast that we ended up purchasing 3 more rolls each! Well worth it!
The park was easy to find, right off the main drag. Parking was very easy and, much to our delight, there wasn't much of a wait to start rolling. We brought our own GoPro, but they had a bunch that you could borrow to film your adventure. Video shot on their GoPros are available for purchase.
After placing our loose articles in a cubby, the bus arrived to shuttle us to the top of the hill. Getting into the ball is a matter of jumping through the opening. It wasn't hard at all. Once inside the ball, the loader zips a flap closed and you're ready to go. The bottom of the inner ball is full of water, not enough to float in, but enough to ensure you don't stick to the bottom (and to ensure you get soaked - be prepared to get wet).
The roll was a blast. There are 3 different tracks to choose from. The orange track has a lot of twists and turns and the ride is a bit bumpy (but wicked fun), so only 1 rider allowed. A ride down the orange track takes about 2 minutes.
The center track - blue - is a straight shot down the hill. It's the fastest ride, but we did not ride it.
The red track was, in our opinion, the best. A mix of curves and straitaways, it also accommodates multiple riders. We rode this track together twice (three adults) - it was awesome!! A roll down this track takes about a minute and a half. It really was one of our most memorable experiences of the trip.
I want to give a shout-out to the staff - Jesse, Maddie, Zeke, and Aston. They were friendly and very courteous. They ensured we had a good time, and we are very appreciative that they helped make our family vacation so enjoyable. Thanks, guys!!

Read moreWe took our children (ages 13, 12, 9 and 7) to the park because it looked like a fun outdoor activity for the our age range. We bought each kid 2 turns down the hill. The first time they all went in the doubles. They all loved it. The second time they all went separate. All was well until my 9 year old went down last.
He went around the first corner and as he rounded the second we saw ALL the water from his ball come spilling out. That had not happened for any of the other kids, so at that point I started to think something was wrong. As he proceeded to come down the hill we could see his poor little body being tossed around inside the ball like a rag doll. We could see him go up to the top of the ball then he would just fall. We found out afterwards that he kept getting stuck in the opening when it would roll then he would fall out of it as it was up in the air.
When it finally came to a rest at the bottom of the hill I meet him there because I could tell something wasn’t right. He was yelling and crying inside the ball “someone please help me” the guy who was working walked over to the ball as my son climbed out and I said “was that not zipped!?” I could tell he didn’t unzip anything like he had on the other kids ball. He just froze and looked at me. He didn’t know what to say. My son was TERRIFIED, he was crying and shaking. He had bruises on his shoulder and thighs. He was adamant that it was not zipped and he could see outside the ball. The manager denied any wrong doing and said that there are 2 zippers and the inside one must of come loose or something and the outside one stays cracked so that air can get in.
We happened to have videoed the whole thing and I showed him the evidence. We could obviously see my son inside the ball and it was completely unzipped. NEITHER zipper was zipped! This was no accident, it was negligence. They promised to change their policy from that day on and give us a free ride if we ever want to come back.
Thanks, but no thanks. My family will never step foot there again. If you are considering taking your family there for a good time, I would pass. It could of cost my...
