I purchased the all access pass for my family of 3. My teenagers enjoyed all of the attractions. The 4D shooting adventure was neat. I was a little upset that the all access pass did not include both 4D experiences. The mirror palace seemed quite juvenile to us and we almost skipped it, but we ended up really having a crazy fun time inside. The zombie Outbreak attraction was the highlight. I hate anything scary! I don’t watch scary movies nor do I go through haunted houses. However my teens convinced me that I should “live a little” and that they would hang on tight to me the entire time. Not sure how they convinced me, but I got in line. Big mistake! Do not get me wrong, the attraction was amazing: the actors, audio, animatronics, and initial backstory was excellent. However, it is a mistake to have this attraction advertised as suitable for 3 years and up. Although I made it through to the end, it was scary as HELL! I cried and yelled until it was over. I am very healthy, but felt my heart was racing so bad that it took 15 minutes after we were done to get it under control. I would not recommend this attraction to anyone with a heart condition or to anyone with slow or impaired mobility. Small children should never do Outbreak: 1. It’s too scary and 2. The risk of being trampled is high. All in all, it was a very unique experience. Well worth the money. Great time. However, I personally would not...
Read moreIf you’re looking for a fun and thrilling adventure during your visit to Pigeon Forge, TN, look no further than the Outbreak - Dread the Undead Haunted House at the Hollywood Wax Museum! This haunted house was hands down the highlight of our entire family trip, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
What we didn’t expect was just how surprisingly scary it would be! The scares come at you from all directions, and just when you think you’ve seen it all, something else jumps out to get your heart racing. The actors are incredibly talented, fully committed to their roles, and keep you on edge the entire time.
We opted for the all-access pass, and let me tell you, it was absolutely worth the extra money. It gave us access to not just the was museum but also other attractions, making the experience even more fun-packed. From the laughs to the screams, my entire family was engaged and entertained. We found ourselves laughing, screaming, and bonding over the adrenaline rush – it truly was an unforgettable experience.
If you love haunted houses and want to add an extra thrill to your trip, don’t miss Outbreak - Dread the Undead. It’s a perfect mix of fun, fear, and excitement, and we can’t recommend it enough. If you’re in Pigeon Forge, this is definitely a...
Read moreIt was "scary", But mostly it made me panicked. There are a lot of overly loud noises and jump scares. What causes me to give this activity a 1* rating is the incident involving an actor. According to the main actor, one of the tourists had grabbed her head and said an inappropriate phrase. (You are not allowed to touch the actors nor are they allowed to touch you.) The staff mistakenly accused my friend of being the one who did it. In one section, an actor dressed like a zombie jumped out of a hole in the wall meant to be a window, pushed me aside, and shoved my friend into the next room. ( I began to freak out at this point because I have an overly active imagination, thinking it to be something apart from the activity i.e. an actual attack.) He then told my friend and I "You will go to jail if you touch anyone else." This was not the professional way to handle the situation. They ruined the experience for my group and treated us like we were criminals for the last 30 minutes that we were in the building, and refused to accept that a mistake on their part could...
