First, the cabin was very clean and very cute. Hot tub hot when we arrived, and good private location on the mountain. But, there were several bright LEDs, including a CO monitor pointed directly at the bed, so that made it a little hard to sleep. Everything else in the cabin was great.

Three stars because we didn't love dealing with the company. We asked about having a couple friends stay over (and paying additional cost for that). They said no. We said ok; friends booked a place downtown. We had the two friends over for drinks/hot tub, just for a couple hours. When I next checked my phone, they had charged my card for an additional $400 because they saw our friends enter on video, and just assumed we were planning on breaking the rules. It just left a bad taste in my mouth, even though they did remove the charge.

EDIT: Moving this down to two stars. After reviewing my card, they did NOT refund the $400, only $150, after telling me they would reverse the charge. In response to below, my experience was not ruined by my friends not staying - that's fine. It was ruined by you charging us extra money for...

Everything was great! Cabin is quite, cozy, and secluded but not cut off from everything. A short section of the road getting there is gravel on a hill. It's a little rough especially when it rained but it definitely wouldn't stop us from staying there again. I wouldn't drive a low riding car tho. Host was exceptional and very quick responding to messages! The first night there was a minor issue with the hot tub (clogged jets). I sent a message to let the host know what was going on. And the next morning someone was sent to do the repair. It was drained, cleaned, and back running with fresh water that day. Would definitely recommend renting...

My husband & I had such a good time at this cute little cabin that was perfect for our wedding Anniversary trip. The bed & pillows were really soft. The hot tub was very relaxing. The location was secluded enough as well. We drove up in my 2 wheel drive Explorer fine in great weather. If it's snowing or if it rains alot.... we recommend a 4 wheel drive to get from the road up to the cabin. The best part was our great personable communication from the host. They text us before we arrived, whenever I had a question & again on our way home. We would highly recommend this cabin & the company. We will be using this company again...
