My husband went to get the free continental breakfast at 7:30 am and the only thing there was cereal, little Debbie cakes, and orange juice. When I called to speak to hotel manager the clerk said one wasn't available. She claimed to have bagels, sausage, gravy, coffee and other items my husband did not see. I told her about the hole in the bathroom door and she said they were aware of it and we would not be billed for it but that she was sure it wasn't affecting our stay. Continental breakfast was not provided as advertised and I'm sure the clerk was afraid she'd get in trouble with management for not having it out is why she claimed to have bagels and everything else she said was there. No compensation was offered and she was very rude. I wish management would contact me on this problem. 10:10pm in response to management I did ask him while I was on the phone with her and he said he did see cereal but no warm food. I will be down in the lobby personally in the morning around 8 or 8:30 am since the complimentary continental breakfast is advertised to be offered from 7am to 9am. I understand that the hotel is fully booked but there still should have been warm food when he went down at 7:30. I know him and if he had seen others eating something different than little Debbie's and cereal he would have asked them where they got it. I've worked in a hotel before that offered complimentary continental breakfast and we had to keep refilling it until the time we advertised it ended so I will be expecting to see more than just cereal and little Debbie's when I come down in the morning at between 8am and 8:45am. As for this morning and my husband not seeing any warm food and we had to go spend $40 to eat out I really don't know what kind of compensation to ask for because you and your clerk are both claiming something different. I've seen other reviews since being here where others have posted that all you had was cereal and snack cakes for Breakfast so I do not believe my husband lied at all about what he saw. You could reimburse one night stay on the card I paid with in advance for the room and when I come down in the morning I will see for myself what you have for breakfast. If you don't want to compensate I understand that too. I will update my google review accordingly. 8:05pm ATTENTION MANAGEMENT: I went down to the lobby this morning as promised and I could see where my husband had some confusion about your so called continental breakfast. When I went down, there was a small container in the corner of table with the cereal on it and there were 2 bagels in it. There was butter and jelly but most people use cream cheese on a bagel which you didn't have. I saw coffee urns on the other table that looked empty but he was probably looking for a coffee pot when he went down which I did see but it was empty too. I saw no sausage and biscuits like your attendant had mentioned on the phone so I walked over and asked where they were. She said no, not sausage and biscuits, sausage biscuits. So I asked where those were at and she said in the refrigerator. I went back to the room with the breakfast and that's when I saw the very small refrigerator with tiny little microwavable sausage biscuits in it and about 4 little things of milk which I assume was put there for the cereal. I had to toast the bagel and heat up the tiny refrigerated biscuits. What you had was not really what I call a continental breakfast. Most hotels I've stayed in, and the one I worked at had warmers for the warm food like the biscuits and bagels and meats, sometimes fruit, cereal, and the one I worked at had make your own waffles but the waffle maker was heated for the guests and little cups of premixed batter were beside the waffle maker so all they had to do was spray the waffle maker with the provided nonstick spray and pour in the mix. The biscuits were regular sized biscuits not little tiny refrigerated biscuits that they had to microwave themselves. Milk was always provided for cereal and coffee was always provided. What you had was snacks. Not a breakfast.

I was nervous about the reviews after booking the "mystery deal" on Priceline and discovering it was this hotel. I thought, maybe only the rare bad experience took the time to review. Hopeful for the best. Unfortunately the bad reviews were spot on. Priceline needs to reevaluate their connection with this hotel, charging $98 a night is absolutely outrageous. If you have a family, it is not somewhere comfortable for children. First walking into the hotel from the side entrance scared one of my children; it genuinely looks like the setting for a horror movie. (I'm sure most of us watched the Dahmer show on Netflix..) Dark and dingy with the wallpaper coming off the walls and huge stains on the ground. Mold is an apparent issue. It is not clean. There were dead bugs in the corners of the rooms, dust, old receipts etc from previous people's visits behind the furniture. Wallpaper peeling up, stains on walls and bedding, a literal hole in the wall where the emergency sprinkle was located, the shower system was barely attached to the wall, poorly repaired walls from leaks of air conditioning units above, sticky carpet floors, and a sink faucet that would not turn off. In the night the lights would flicker off and on continually, the tv volume would not go under "19" which was too loud for the children, and across the hall it seemed apparent there were patrons living there long term. At 2:30 am we got to experience someone tuning their guitar extremely loudly, then 4am what sounded like a garbage truck in the dumpster outside. In the morning we went to wash up and there was no hot water. It was luke warm at best. I kept thinking it'd warm up but no, I braved through to atleast wash my hair but I could not subject my children to that cold water to bathe themselves. My children were sneezing and we were all itchy so we made the decision to leave early and not continue to stay there additional nights and were not given our money back for nights we did not stay, it was not a good experience. I will never book with Priceline again after this. If you are a couple just needing a place to crash for a few hours and pay maybe $30, you could take a risk and make do. If you're a family, I would absolutely not come here. My question for the owner is; do you feel proud of this location enough to show your family? Would you want your family staying in these rooms? Some money invested in here could make a huge difference. It's a great location close to everything, it's too bad it's so run down.

We stayed here for a weekend , got there friday and left out on sunday. When we pulled up to the hotel we thought it was abandon from the looks of it. The rooms were very outdated, which was expected but there were a lot of problems. We had a hard time cooling our room off due to the a/c system being older. The only thing that worked on the A/C was the fan. The shower shot straight out and even on different settings it would hurt you from the pressure. There was old food beside the fridge that had obviously been left there for who knows how long. The smoke detector was dangling out of the wall which is a safety hazard , if the hotel would’ve caught on fire (would have we even known?). We didn’t attended the free breakfast because other reviewers had said it was the worst Continental Breakfast they’ve ever had. We did pass the breakfast while going through the lobby and looked as if there was only one thing out to eat. The staff was odd and the house keeps seemed to be on drugs or something. Some of the bed sheets had dark stains on them and the chair for the desk had a dark stain on it as well. There was trash in our room from the people before i assume. I will not be staying here again. On the weekends it’s about $120 a night , our whole stay was around $250 and it’s not worth it at all. There are way better hotels in Pigeon Forge for the price of that. The people who own this hotel clearly have not been checked by the state because if they had been it wouldn’t be in this condition. And to add on, the hallways smelled like cigarettes smoke even though it’s supposed to be a non-smoke hotel. I will not stay there again.

Cons: You definitely get what you pay for with the ā€œcheap priceā€ here. For starters this motel is on top of a hill. If you have a stick shift vehicle be warned, it’s steep. Not of fault of the motel employees there but just a warning. The halls were quite stuffy unless you stood right in front of the small AC units they had for the whole hallway. Halls and steps were absolutely disgusting and smelled like feet. Room had stains in tub and on walls in the bathroom. And the shower head was coming unattached from the wall. Behind the bed had marks on the walls that needed filled and painted over that looked like someone took something to it. Stains all over the furniture. Dresser door was busted. Fridge was so small and barely worked even in coldest setting. Toilet was so loud filling back up with water I’m sure it probably woke the neighbors next to us. AC would be fine one minute then sound like the fan was getting ready to go out making an awful noise during the night mostly. Had to turn off, give it time before turning it back on again. The housekeeping staff was insanely RUDE and disrespectful! That older gentleman needs FIRED asap! They came in the day before and removed our towels and never replaced them. The younger gentleman with him at least he even tried to tell this man ā€œI took their linens to laundry yesterday I never got to give them new onesā€. But the older man just hushed him up with continued argument to us. All because I put my DND sign up for 5 mins that day to make sure I could get dressed before they got to our room just in case they tried to enter. He ā€œcan’t serve usā€. We only had it up a few mins and removed the DND when I was done. When my spouse came back in from outside and seen they came out from another room he asked can we please get fresh towels since we had not gotten any from the prior day (didn’t use DND that day). He argued with him that he cannot serve us. That DND means we get NOTHING for the day. That he wasn’t blind and taking it away didn’t mean he would serve us now. That if we needed anything we needed to ask the service desk (mind you we were on the 4th floor put at the very end next to stairs). He rather argue I was in the wrong and he didn’t have to give us anything. We had to go all the way downstairs for both toilet paper and towels. When he was right there. We weren’t even asking our room to be cleaned or anything. Just asked for towels to replace the ones we didn’t have anymore from the prior day. We had no soap in the dispenser. Barely any toilet paper. We barely started out with a towel and wash cloth. Thank the lord we brought our own soaps and sponges. The towels was the main need along with TP. I was going to change rooms but it’s 4th of July weekend, there were none to change I am sure cause we sure wasn’t offered one. And the other guests had more complaints then I did as I rode with a few in the elevator. Trading rooms probably would’ve been less beneficial. Tried finding another motel but paying almost $200+ a night was a bit out of question. So had to suck it up. Worst vacation spot ever. If it’s a 1 day stay, do what you gotta do. Only thing I can say is I am glad we spent 99% of the time not in there. If you want a cheap motel to just lay your head it’s worth the cheap intake. But if your planning on more stay in visit here, DONT!

Pros: The bottom of the hill is next to a trolley stop if needed. It was bug free, at least this room was. And I will give credit where due, it did have alot of storage for clothes etc in the dresser. And at least the floors weren’t carpet in the rooms. That is one thing I personally liked. So those are...

I’d give this hotel 0 stars if I could. My husband booked a room here for a surprise birthday trip for me. Needless to say, after driving for 10.5 hrs- we were punked. Went to check in, girl at the front desk you can tell hates her job. No greeting or anything, just says we have to pay a $80 deposit in addition to the amount we already paid. Her exact words ā€œif you don’t smoke or trash the room, you get your $ backā€. We pay the $, get the keys and go upstairs to our room. The hallway reeks of weed and mold. Get into our room and are greeted with several things going on. First, the weirdly insane amount of mirrors for one room. There’s an entire wall of mirrors right when you walk in. Two more huge mirrors in the room on the opposite side of the room facing the bed. Our toilet seat was broken, so before gathering our things to bring up, we go to the desk and bring it to the front desks attention. Get a call a half hour later that maintenance can’t get to it until tomorrow. We ask for another room, she tells us they’re all booked (yea right šŸ˜†)

Take our things upstairs to unload before dinner. We start looking around the room, there’s hair in the shower and on the bathroom floor. One towel and bar of soap for two people staying 4 days. The surround in the shower is completely worn out as is the floor of the tub. The microwave is held up by 2x4’s jigsawed together with wood glue. Dirt in the sink. All of the bedroom furniture is super worn with the raw wood showing. The knobs on the dresser and nightstands were coming off. Night stand drawer was broken. There was a pillow in one drawer with long black hairs and specks coming out of it. The other drawer in the dresser had a dirty blanket in it that was clearly used as well. All of the bedroom furniture had protective glass on top and it looked like a person took a dirty rag a month or so ago and grazed the surfaces to smear the dust around. There was not a clean surface in the room, not to mention the broken office chair that couldn’t even be sat in. The heat register had hair, dirt, dust, rust and dander all inside, and lastly the bed I didn’t even get under the covers bc the runner that was on top of it had skin particles, dark speckles and hair on it.

We asked for a refund after being extremely disappointed with the quality of the room, and being misled by the photos posted on their website and third party websites. The room looked NOTHING like the photos. It was disgusting. Clearly hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The front desk girl told us we had to deal with the 3rd party booking site we used bc her manager wasn’t available. Was on the phone with hotels.com for an hour that night to be told that it could take 72 hrs to expedite a refund. We left and stayed at another hotel that night. After 72 hrs I followed up with hotels.com and management with hotel pigeon forge had still not done anything with processing our refund. We were asked to please give them another 72 hours, that they’d put in an urgent ticket and have the issue resolved in that time frame. 4 days later we received an email that there were no refunds supposedly per management, even though we did check in for our booking the night we arrived. Needless to say, save your time, money and energy because they scam people and that’s pretty much the only reason they’re still open. The other reviews you read are true, there was a bum outside, and yes to echo the other commentors, it’s similar to staying at some podunk motel, don’t let the waiting area fool you. Also pretty sure people live there. Avoid at all costs,...
