Check in is 4pm and check out is 11am. The pool is open until 11pm. It's not heated but the water is warm. They have towels located in the blue bins by the indoor pool, infinity pool, outdoor pool, and lazy river. There is also a hot tub. We ate dinner at their restaurant located at the hotel. The employees didn't greet us at all when we sat down inside so after 5 minutes we got up and went outside to see if any employees would bring us a menu. There were two employees behind the bar inside with no customers and they never said a word to us nor brought us menus. Outside there were around 10 people eating dinner and a waitress greeted us after a few minutes. We never received refills on our drinks but the food was good. The guacamole was great, the queso and salsa were alright. The five o'clock somewhere burger was good. The breakfast started at 6:30am-10am. They served omelet with melted cheese on the inside that was good. We all ate the bacon. Our daughter at cheerios and a cinnamon strudel. My husband at the potatos with peppers. They also had, pancakes, fruit, cheese, ham, hard boiled eggs, bagels, muffins, toast, and other cereals. They had coffee, orange juice, water, milk and other juice. The parking lot is located behind the hotel and had plenty of spots. You'll need your keycard for every door at the hotel and to get into the pool area. Redeem your perks online a few days prior to your stay. I would redeem them all because the front deck will hand you the coupons once you check in. The coupons will not show on your phone (not even the $5 off of $25 food at the hotel). There is a seperate restaurant in the front parking lot called Gorilla Taco. Our room had the bed made every day and new towels when we got back. There is a single keurig machine in the room and two complimentary water bottles each day. There is a safe and mini fridge as well if needed. People did have dogs at the hotel but they seemed to be carrying them. We didn't hear any barking or noises from the other rooms. We had a balcony located next to the wooded area. Turn on the large standing lamp in the room first to get the rest of the light switches in the room to work. The water was warm when we all four took seperate showers. Overall it was a...
Read moreWe had a great stay this week at Compass! It was our first time staying here and we will most definitely be back! The room was spacious and very clean. We ate at the 5o'clock Somewhere restaurant on site and the food was delicious! Complete with adorable light-up cups for the kids to take home! The pools were enjoyed by the whole family! It was cold and rainy during our stay so the indoor shallow pools were perfect to keep tbe kids entertained! All staff that we came in contact with were friendly and helpful! We visit Pigeon Forge 1-2 times a year and have stayed at several hotels, this one is definitely one of the best. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. We will definitely be...
Read moreThis was beyond expectations! We have never stayed at a Magaritaville.property before and didn't know what it would be like. We were pleasantly surprised! Felt like were at the beach. (Needs the ocean waves from the Island to complete the illusion.) Of course, this is a new property, so curious to see how it holds up over the years, but currently, it is very, very clean (refreshing). A few minor complaints: the walls are paper thin, so we could hear the kids and the barking dog; there was wasted space in the room design; breakfast was the same every day and a little chaotic at times. However, we think we may have adopted this as "our place" when we are in...
