We had eaten at the Gaucho Brazilian Steakhouse a few days before and found out that this restaurant was owned by the same group. We massively enjoyed our experience there so decided to come here for our last night in the area. We were welcomed warmly right off the bat. Our server, Daniz, was extremely attentive and friendly. The decor and lighting were absolutely breathtaking. The manager and hostess also made their rounds making sure we were well taken care of. There were a few rounds of appetizers before the pizza parade begins. You had your choice between a Caesars salad or a regular mixed green salad. We chose the Caesar which was well dressed and not overly topped ( I cannot stand too many croutons, cheese in my Caesar salad as it takes away from the taste). Also served were slices of crostini and Focaccia which were pleasant and light. Beef and pork meatballs were up next and in the house marinara sauce, they were hard to beat. Up next was a selection of wings of various flavors of which we got Teriyaki and Buffalo flavored. They blew me away. I could have just ate the wings and the salad and meatballs all night long. All of these items were endless if you so chose to. Then the pizza started arriving. Served in very small slices (perfect as it gave you a taste and let you try each and every variation they had) they kept on bringing selection after selection of pizzas. My favorite was the Quatro Carnes having 4 types of meat on it. Few of the choices didnt have meat on them so if you were a vegetarian you had a small selection and could order one to suit your needs. After indulging and trying all the types they had but 2 (had to save room for the dessert pizzas!), on came the dessert pizzas and man were they good! See the attached menu pictures for a full view of all they have to offer. A little word of advice.. Its very easy to eat a while bunch of food when it's coming at you from all sides. PACE yourself.. Have your appetizers, when they come around with the pizzas just decline them til your ready. They come around numerous times so you'll get to try them all. If you find one you like and want some more of that, tell your server and they'll set you up. We left pleasantly plump lol. I'll b le recommending this to anyone headed to the area! Really enjoyed it!

A truly unique dining experience! The restaurant is exquisite. Like fine dining but casual and comfortable. Tables are arranged perfectly so that you’re not sitting too close to the next one. The appetizers were fantastic! I’m not a big wing fan, but gladly accepted them since they are offered. Best wings ever! I could’ve ate a whole plate full. Perfectly crisp skin, tender chicken, and amazingly flavorful sauce! Meatballs were great. Breads were fresh and delicious, though the flatbread was more like a cracker, it was so good! Salads were made with very fresh lettuces and greens, simply dressed and a great start to the meal. Then we get to the pizza! Holy moly! Every single slice was delicious! Even the simple cheese was over-the-top good! Flavorful, creamy cheese, fresh toppings, quality meats, all fantastic. Loved the Portuguesa which had hard boiled eggs on it, very unusual, but it was actually ones of my favorites! There was also one with finely sliced chunks of ham that was delicious! The dessert pizzas were good, especially the banana. The others were alright, but didn’t wow us like the banana. I personally think the dessert pizzas could use a little improvement and more variety, but it’s certainly not going to stop me from returning! Everything was timed well, and we felt we were given enough time to enjoy each offering before bringing out the next one. My only real “complaint” is that the waitress (who took our order) wasn’t exceptionally friendly or attentive, but the rest of the waitstaff was very friendly and cheerful. Our drinks sat empty a couple times before being noticed by other members of the waitstaff. We werent really clear on how the waitstaff worked…If we were supposed to have just one or if they all worked together, because honestly, the lady who took our order didn’t really do much otherwise. Again, nothing that would prevent me from returning, I’d just hope for more attentive service as far as drink refills next time. Overall, totally worthy of five stars!

What a find! After seeing a billboard and looking up what Brazilian pizza was, we gave it a try. What a fun evening! The Pigeon Forge location is such a neat place. It is obvious the establishment is well maintained and that a lot of effort and thought has gone into the atmosphere. It’s one of those restaurants that even items in the restroom are higher quality, which is always a nice touch. The food was excellent! This is like a Brazilian steakhouse, except with pizza. There is a set price and they offer you different things from the menu. Doesn’t get more fun than that! There is a menu provided which is nice so you can see what will be on each pizza they bring out to offer. You can also enjoy salad, soup, meatballs, and/or wings first. For those items, they will bring them to your table as you request (and you can have more). The pizza is thin crust, light on the sauce mostly, with tasty ingredients. Some were creative concoctions and they ended up all tasting good - even the one with Doritos on it! When you’re done, they bring you a fresh plate and the dessert pizza selections. These were delicious! The chocolate was my favorite. Our server was also very friendly, and everyone brining out food was friendly and efficient too. The manager even stopped by our table and was super nice. They also have a large bar and offer cocktails and after dinner drinks. Even our drinks were good (and made well). They even offer coffee, cappuccino, etc, which we enjoyed with the dessert pizzas. If you’re thinking this is like a pizza buffet, it is not. While it is of course family-friendly, and yes it’s all about some great pizza, the atmosphere inside immediately sets the tone a nice restaurant, not something like a ci-ci’s. We went on a slow night, but it was mostly adults dining. It is a large restaurant too, with the main dining area very open with giant ceilings and quite a few tables.

I had read really good things about this location and also watched some videos about some restaurants to visit while in Pigeon Forge. We had a group of six people which included four children from the ages of 3 through 14 and two adults, so there was definitely different tastes that had to be met in order for everybody to be pleased. The atmosphere is very nice and like an upscale restaurant for sure, we actually felt a bit underdressed, but based on many of the other patrons dressed the same, we ended up feeling okay in shirts and jeans.

To clarify how this is set up works, first you have to order your appetizers before you get into them serving you pizza. All of the appetizers are included in the price that you pay which include a Caesar salad, vinaigrette, type salad, focaccia, bread, meatballs, and various styles of chicken wings. I would honestly say, the appetizers were probably the biggest pleaser across the board between our group and they gave us options of flavors for the chicken wings, like buffalo, garlic parmesan, lemon pepper, buffalo and teriyaki.

This is a Brazilian style restaurant which means just like a Brazilian steakhouse, they come around with plates of different pizzas and offer them to you and you can choose to take a slice or not. The only problem with this at this particular restaurant is there was only one waiter or possibly two at most walking around the entire restaurant with table of people with a pizza at a time so it took quite a while for them to get a decent variety offered.

It seemed for a few rounds that all we were offered were basic cheese and pepperoni pizzas, then came a four cheese pizza and then some of the more specialty pizzas that we were looking to try. There seem to be a pretty decent gap timewise between getting a small slice of each pizza so if you are not looking to stretch the experience out over at least an hour, you should definitely manage your expectations.

The dessert pizzas were good overall, and we liked those varieties more than the regular pizzas offered to be honest. The strawberry and Nutella and banana fosters style were the best in our opinion.

Overall, it can be a cool experience if you’re looking for that kind of thing but at the price paid, it’s probably not something we will do...

BE CAUTIOUS NOT TO BE SCAMMED / ROBBED Very descriptive review: My whole family/ church family went yesterday 20+ people.

We are both Brazilian and American family mix and the pizza is very good and waiters as well. I have a very strong complaint regarding the Latino manger (remainder we are Latino)

Majority of the table got the rodízio for the unlimited pizza and we ate and paid at the end I paid me and my wife’s bill and we got 2 juices and 2 rodízios for $25 dollars and juice for $6 = $62. THEY PUT A GRATUITY OF 20% On the bill!! And don’t show us prior that there was one. I had given a extra 20% tip and so did a lot of people at the table.

My father and mother at the other end of the table with my baby brother ate and got a couple of juices and 2 pizza rodízios and 1 kids for my 4 year old brother. THEY CHARGED THEM CLOSE TO $200 BECAUSE THEY ADDED 2 EXTRA RODIZOS AND THINGS THAT THEY DIDNT GET. WHEN MY DAD ASKED IF THERE WAS ALREADY A 20% ONTOP THE LADY SAID YES BUT IT DOESNT SHOW BEFORE YOU PAY. ALSO WHEN I CONFRONTED THE OWNER ABOUT THE BILL BEING OVER CHARGED FOR THINGS WE DIDNT ORDER HE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND SAID HE ALREADY DISCUSSED IT WITH MY FATHER. I TOLD HIM WHEN WE RELOOKED THE BILL THERE WAS STILL MULTIPLE THINGS ON THE BILL THAT THEY DIDNT ORDER. NO REASON FOR 2 adults and 1 kid that bought no alcoholic drinks to pay $170+. WE DONT NEED THE MONEY BUT THE FACT THE MANGER WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND DOESNT PROPERLY UNDERSTAND ENGLISH TO ADDRESS THE SITUATION PROPERLY AND WOULD RATHER SCAM PEOPLE OUT OF OVER $50+ IS RIDICULOUS! THIS IS THE TYPE OF TREATMENT YOU RECIVE IN BRAZIL NOT IN AMERICA. EXPEICALLY WHEN THE ESTABLISHMENT IS WRONG AND OVER CHARGING IN MULTIPLE ITEMS THAT WASNT ORDERED AND HIDING COSTS AND NOT SHOWING A PHYSICAL RECEIPT WITH A ALREADY 20% TIP AND NOT WANTING TO FIX THE MISTAKEN ITEMS BEING ADDED INCORRECTLY.

Most upsetting was we brought them a good amount of business last night and it was my father that recommended everyone and they targeted him in overcharging and not properly addressing the issues. He refunded us a portion but horrible management.

We loved the food and waiters yet we won’t be returning they lost good business and we will let people know not to get scammed and mistreated by...
