The staff here was awesome, and the rides were well priced after a coupon. Check your various pamphlet and coupon books in the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area, chances are you'll find a coupon for this place. We used a coupon here to get a card with a bunch of points and my family had a lot of fun. The staff was very understanding and helpful too.

My Autistic son is sometimes hit and miss on some rides, you never know if he'll love it or get overwhelmed. Usually he absolutely loves water, but he didn't like the bumper boats, and the staff was very understanding about it (We had to come back and get out soon after leaving the dock, they didn't charge us). He was still crying afterwards, and a different staff member came up and asked if he was alright and if they could help. My son did enjoy riding in a double go-kart though, that was his favorite. He struggled with the spinning balloon kiddie ride, and the staff was helpful and asked my wife riding with him if she'd like to step off.

We didn't end up going into the arcade, but we did almost all of the outside rides and generally my children all enjoyed them. There are pricier and less well kept Go-Kart/ride attractions on the strip (Sometimes $13 a ride!), this is definitely one of the better locations. The staff here was the difference, they were really understanding and helpful with my one Autistic son. Among the different kart/ride places we visited last weekend, this is the location we would definitely return to.
