Finding a place to park in Pittsburgh and knowing where to go after you park is very hard for me and it's all cashless in there so I wanted to make sure I said thank you to whoever helped me today he was driving the street sweeping Zamboni and took time out of his day to not only help me figure out what to do because I couldn't scan the QR code but he personally walked me up to his boss who was another other really cool guy listening to some good music in his office and took time out of his day to help me get things set up with the card and just very helpful they took care of everything for me and even escorted me up to how to leave the building and show me where to go it was absolutely the nicest thing you could imagine these people are awesome! Then as I was coming back to pick up my vehicle I knew I was on level 2D but I didn't know what color it was and when you get in the elevator there's just colors and the gentleman security guard once again was absolutely amazing and told me exactly what to do and where to go so if you're in Pittsburgh and you need help with anything or a place to park go here and just ask for some help and they're just amazing people I honestly have never had a better experience in people being so helpful. I'm sorry I can't remember names but I remember faces and I just wanted to say thank you I hope you guys read this because you guys were amazing and you don't know how much you helped me today. May God bless all of you and good...
Read moreGreat views, even from the lower floors. I wish they had went through with that plan to convert the roof into a park though. I really don't think anyone's ever going to land a helicopter there in the foreseeable future.
Nice facilities though and the security is pretty good. However, I do think it could be better in certain areas. They also should advertise their extra floor space as on some floors there is a lot of empty space being unused which is a waste, in my opinion.
The building has it's own underground parking lot and connection to the light rail system(a system which is underwhelming at this current point in time) with it's own station. That and a bus stop outside plus all of the taxis, bikes, and ridesharing options makes for easy access to go to work. And being in downtown also means more choices during your lunch break. Even after work activities are a breeze. Get done at work, put on a coat and tie, then go immediately to dinner at one of the restaurants on a Friday night. Really can't argue with that kind of...
Read moreParking attendants were not familiar with the app. I looped the building five times trying to find the lot. We exited the lot through a tunnel that was closed when we tried to return late at night. I asked a parking attendant showing them a picture of my spot hero app, and where we parked, "if I took the elevator to the ground floor, could find my car?" They insisted I parked under the Marriott hotel and not in their lot. They turned us away. My friends and I walked in the dark for 40 plus minutes lost due to their bad directions. We finally decided to ignore the attendant and return to the same lot to find our car. Once in our car, (which was parked where we thought,) we were unable to exit because we had now occurred a late fee. The same attendant was unable to help me pay the late fee that they helped to cause and held me up for another 20 plus minutes. I was in tears by the...
