Bad experience at Kirklands located in Perry Crossing, Plainfield, IN. Only two Gold Glitter Plaque signs left and I tried to purchase the non-damaged item and the emplyee could not key in the item number so i could purchase this selected item, so as the checkout line got longer, I said, I would leave so you can checkout others, then work on the issue, but please hold the item. Big mistake my item was SOLD and they tried to sell me the damaged one when I...
