Greenhut Galleries — Attraction in Portland

We recently bought 2 oil paintings from this gallery and spent over $3000. Since we live in California, we asked that they be shipped, which the gallery agreed to do. About a week before we were to receive the paintings, UPS called us and told us we needed to pay them $100 for shipping. If we had been told initially by the gallery that would cost an additional $100, we probably would have paid it willingly to get the paintings. But to have this cost tacked on well after the purchase (about 3 weeks later) seemed very unnecessary, and a sign of poor customer service, especially considering how much we spent there.
