Fancy That — Attraction in Prescott

I visited your store today from out of town. I walked in with a mask on. The sales lady IMMEDIATELY told me I should take it off. I told her I was wearing it out of habit. She told me "well you shouldn't be". I was totally shocked! I was with my husband and a few family members who are locals. They couldn't believe what they heard either! When she found out we were from out of town, she IMMEDIATELY asked if we were from California and when we said no, she said "oh good. I was going to tell you welcome to America!" So rude! I didn't catch her name but she was an older woman with shorter brown hair. I would not want someone like that greeting people at my store. And she said something similar to the people behind us and they left!! My family will never be back!! I love your store and it's cute furniture and decor but not when people like that work there. There was also a woman there and didn't catch her name either. Shoulder length gray hair and she was so nice and sweet and funny! Definitely a people person!...

I am obsessed with Fancy That! I travel to Prescott several times a month and HAVE to stop in every time! The items for sale are regularly refreshed so there is always some new treasure to find. It's my #1 stop for gifts for friends and family. I love that there are 2 store options across the street from each other, one for clothing/jewelry and the other for home decor. I can't decide which shop is my favorite! The staff are always kind and helpful. The owner is extremely personable and friendly, always willing to stop what she's doing to make sure the customer feels important. I don't live close to Prescott but whenever I am visiting family, this cute boutique is the place I stop at every time!! The costumer service is always very helpful in making sure that I'm doing alright. The prices do tend to be very high but it is understandable since Fancy That is a small, local store with high quality products.
