I have been using this bike shop for the past three years, and I can't speak highly enough about their service and the people who work there. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to help with any questions or issues I have. They offer a fantastic selection of brand new bikes, ensuring there's something for everyone, whether you're a casual rider or a serious cyclist. Their dedication to customer satisfaction and the quality of their products keep me coming back. Highly recommend this shop to anyone in need of a bike or bike services. Their “electric bikes” whole different level if you looking to rent one around town!

10/10 experience!! Rented 2 e-bikes for 2 hours as a gift for my gf’s birthday for us to ride around town and the trails. So much fun! Rental process was simple and smooth and staff were very friendly. Neither of us had used an e-bike before and we were given a very helpful demonstration and walk through. He also made sure we checked that the seats were at the correct height before we left as they could only be adjusted with a screwdriver. We got the hang of the bikes very quickly and 2 hours flew by! Next time we will be going with the half day rental. Definitely recommend this shop for rentals and I will be returning to rent on future trips!!

Wanted to see as much of Provincetown as possible in one day - renting an e-bike from here was a great decision! Bike and helmet were in great condition. This was my first time riding an e-assist bike so I was a bit overwhelmed at first, but there's a parking lot next door you can ride some laps in! Staff was friendly and after hours drop-off was simple. Would rent again!

This shop has a large number of bikes to choose from and a great location to get to the National Sea Shore trails. However, after hopping on the bike and riding about a block away, I noticed my seat was set too low (the attendant didn't actually set the seat hight, just gave me the bike). So, off we rode....until my seat seemed to be lowering itself. I reset it again, rode off for a half mile into the park. I needed to adjust it again and I noticed when I looked behind me, the actual seat twisted with me. I adjusted the seat yet again and noticed the washer was very warn. I did what I could, but it did continue to lower itself.

Upon returning from our 2 hour trip through the National Sea Shore, I reported what was happening to the return attendant. He put it back into circulation. I also mentioned that when I got on the bike I immediately ended up with wet shorts - the seat acts like a sponge and it had rained the entire day before. He knew that would happen. I'm sure they all do. But why not either cover the seats or not rent out those types of bikes the day after? I rode 10 miles with wet shorts and the attendant didn't seem to care - about either issue.

Be aware of what you're renting and if you rent after a rain, don't rent a bike with a soft seat -...

This place is awesome! Location is great ( make sure you go to Provincetown Bike Rentals on Bradford St.- near the big parking lot- as there are several bike rental places in town); prices are great; the bikes are the most comfortable thing I have ever ridden; and the staff is THE BEST. The owner, Mike, is very friendly and helpful. My husband and I rented bikes on a whim when we were in town, and although I thought it was a little silly initially ( because had we planned we could have brought our own bikes)it turned out to be the best decision. We loved the bikes so much I decided to look into buying one for my husband for his birthday. Mike, was so kind and helpful in answering my many questions to help me out with this surprise.Give these guys your business....5...

I would highly recommend Provincetown Bike Rentals! This shop is great! We were in town the Saturday before July 4 and rented our bikes from them. It was a busy holiday weekend, but they were so well organized, so nice, so helpful and really tried to make sure that we were set for a great Saturday. We biked to the Race Point Beach. We were pretty tired when we go there, and still had the rest of the day to go, including our ferry ride back to Boston. When we called to ask about picking up our bikes at the beach, they were so friendly and willing to do it! Not only did they pick up our bikes for us, they picked us up and drove us back into town. If we are ever back in town and looking for bikes, I will go here. Great service,...
