Pueblo Mall — Attraction in Pueblo

I recently broke my iphone 5S and decided to get it fixed at the Smart Phone Doctors kiosk in the Pueblo mall. BAD IDEA! I left my phone with Harley at the kiosk and he told me the repair would take an hour or so, no later than that. He then asked for my password and I questioned why, and Harley said he needed to check the clarity afterward. I made the mistake of giving this information to him. I decided to eat some dinner and then meet a friend. I went outside to meet my friend at her car and upon walking back into the mall, I noticed Harley sitting with a friend from the piercing kiosk at a picnic table by Sports Authority. I saw that he and his friend were swiping through a phone that looked exactly like mine. I then got closer to them, they did not notice me, and I saw that it was my phone!! My friend and I then heard a video playing, and the voice was that of my friend who was with me! I got a little closer to confirm that it was indeed my phone that they were looking through. I confronted Harley and the other boy, and he immediately put my phone into his pocket and pulled out his phone instead. I told him I just saw him doing this and they both completely denied it! I then got the Pueblo mall security and told them what happened. They were amazing and said this was ridiculous and disgusting that this happened to me. Harley stayed outside and did not come back in to his kiosk for awhile. When he returned I told him that I paid $140 to get my phone fixed, and instead my privacy was completely violated and I felt harassed! He told me that he takes all "expensive phones" with him outside because the kiosk is not safe and does not even lock up. Harley then started to fix my phone, which I should not have let him because it was not done right. I filed a complaint with the Pueblo Mall and no one seems to care that this happened to me. In fact, I went back to the Pueblo mall, like I was told to do the next day, and everyone looked at me like I was the crazy one! I also filed a Police report against him. I did confront Harley about this matter, and he completely denied everything and was very rude to me. His friends who work at the mall know all about the situation and one janitor friend told me that it was my fault because I gave him my password. Nothing is being done and I am very upset and sickened that someone could actually get away with this!! He did not even fix my phone correctly, because my speaker would not work after he "fixed" it. I took my phone to a professional and there were several things wrong that Harley did. I hope people do not take their phones there because I was completely harassed!! It seems that in some of the stores there pretty friendly We went by the food court and there is little Mexican restaurant booth Next to the oriental food Which looked good the oriental food. We went to get the order of food from the little booth that serves very toes in some other stuff staff is very belligerent to one another thinking that they are higher in place than anywhere They are in polite towards customers in the stuff I ordered was not what I got . I ordered to burrito's in each container and beans and rice we got them and they were enchiladas . Covered in cheese sauce and they had a 12" burrito beings and I ordered that I get it in the thing is 6 in a 1/2 inches long. And the smart attitude which hes not smart I take up the burrito in ACI thought I ordered a 12" not a 6 and a 1/2 inch any goes it is the tortilla that is 12" not the burrito very rudely and I said I ordered a 12" burrito it should be 12" long. Subway sells 12" long sandwiches can you imagine getting a 6 and a 1/2 inch sandwich when you paid for a 12" They went through that problem already. He stood there and argued in this other lady got very belligerent and I said OK on every back here again you are a thief you did bait and switch just because you are a money hungry , I took that burrito and threw it into the trash to where they can see I did it and I told them they are a thief there business is a lie I went to smoke mall manager he called the store owner and I have no idea what they said but they say he came back and told me go back the give you your money well I went back and Who worked there gave me the cash back for the burrito but not for the other stuff This would not have happened if I did not have to step in go to the mall management This would not have happened if I did not have to step in go to the mall management Which no one should have to do the business should step up in a mitt there wrong and take care of a customer in event make it right well thanks store owner for calling in saying to your worker whatever you Said because I don't know. My new favorite mall. As many reviewers have mentioned it's not a crowded mall like I am used to in Tucson or Phoenix. Not a happy aspect for the store owners however a big plus for me. Quiet overall except at the food mall, great customer service due to less crowding in stores, and a great selection of shops of every style.

Dillards is a high quality, shopper's delight, and the mall's variety of specialized stores is impressive: Blended Barber Beauty, Phone Zone, Spencer's, Proimage Sports, Sunglass Hut, and Pikes Peak Collectibles are just a sample of what you'll find. The Trampoline Park would be a gas for kids and teens while good old JC Penney is a favorite of many shoppers worldwide.
