Where do I start. This a true personal experience. There is no over exaggeration, or any kind of friendship favoring in my review. Iām gonna be 100% about everything, so you can personally base to make your decision correctly on where to purchase your next Harley.
Here it is, I started off to go there on a day to just look. As I was there, I decided to test ride a motorcycle of my desire, 2019 ROAD GLIDE SPECIAL. They took all the time in the world to show me every nook and cranny on that magnificent machine. As they prepared that Road glide, they made it seamless to collect all the information needed, and me personally fill out a application on a iPad that was easier than reciting your ABCās, and boom, Iām on the road gliding away (no pun intended). After that, I went home to think about that what ride I wanted, and kept telling myself, is that the bike I truly wanted. So I made a revisit 3 more times that week, and they let me test drive other bikes, and throughly going over the bikes that was tested, and showing me all the details per vehicles. It was great, with no hesitations, they were willing to let me ride everything on the floor if I asked. They were helpful within the knowledge to educate the client going through the process to purchase, as well as making them feel comfortable in the buying experiences. With all that was tested, my buying process was straight forward, zero BS, and transparent. I couldnāt be happier, this was the best purchase experience I had. NO CAR SALESMAN VIBE. Everyone employee and salesman truly have engrained the love of being part of the HARLEY LIFESTYLE, and it definitely resonates in the particular dealer. If you want a great experience, ASK FOR DAVE, DUDE WITH NUMBER 1 HARLEY TATTOO LOGO ON HIS FOREARM! Thanks for making my dream purchase truly one I will never forget. PS: If you need a good deal, I donāt think anyone is beating there prices, deals, and packages. Put it like this, I went to Another Harley Dealership, and they told me straight out just but it from Hannums.

When you are looking for a straight up not going to pull the wool over your eyes shop then you want to go to Hannum's Harley Davidson in Rahway. Just purchased my 3rd new Harley from this dealership and I am extremely satisfied from the Sales personnel that worked with me for at least 6 days to ensure the deal was what I wanted and met my needs. Trust you me that I am not easy to work with because I can never make my mind up. Nicole, Jimmy, Ryan in sales suggested that I road test each model bike I liked and as it turned out I ended up choosing a Road King instead of the Street Glide due to how I meshed with the bike itself... good call. Next Eddie, Dawn and a few others went to bat for me to get to the monthly payments I wanted with the addition add-ons I hoped for....great job! Tim, Richie and Anthony from parts and service literally worked with me for the better part of 2 days while I flip flopped between what parts I wanted and what I should place on the bike as my top concern was safety and being seen from the rear on the road. How they remained calm with me I will never know :-).
Special mention should go out to Eddie in the Finance department as he rolled up his sleeve and worked hard foe days to get me the deal I was after that also included the VIP maintenance and extended warranty.
Dawn as always was friendly, professional and offering her help during the process. Try and find another Manager that actually enjoys her job and cares for the people coming through the doors.
I always enjoyed this dealership but they entire staff, management and general moral is so much better ever since the dealership was purchased by Hannum, not that it in anyway sucked as Liberty.
I strongly suggest this dealership and will only deal with them especially if I purchase...

I explained to him my 03 had a flat front tire due to running over a big staple and I wanted a new tube. He says ok. I asked him if I take the wheel off and bring it in do I need an appointment or can I drop it off for same day service. My plan was to drop it off at 10 pick it up at 430. I got a yah sure that's fine. I get to the store and I'm told nope, we dont replace or patch just the tube, you have to buy a new tube,tire the whole sha bang. My 70$ tire just went to 230$š¤. I had planned to put a new tire on befor my 1800 mile trip in the fall, this just wa not explained in the phone call I made so 1st miss lead! So I signe papers and they say we will call you when it is done ok no big deal its a tire how long can this take. So by 415 no phone call so i call to check on the status. The guy says no one is answering in service let me take you name and number and have them call you....ok no problem. Well here we are 24 hours later and no phone call strik #2. My husband stops by after work to find out just what is going on. So when I was told "they could fix it over the phone that's code for all new parts not repair or maintence. You dont need an appointment is code for just drip it off but we will get to it when we feel like it cause were gona squeeze it in between other jobs so this could take a week strike #3. The aloof miss leading nature of this whole situation is not the first time this has happened my husband bike was held for over 2 weeks and we got the same misleading run around. So in closing they are verry nice but dont take your stuff here if you need it or want it back in a timely fashion or even wish to be given a direct...
