0 stars for this place!!! I went to this business today and had a bad experience. The two ladies working weren't very nice, or friendly. They had the doors to their suit open so I went inside at 9:59. One girl rudely told me, oh we're not open yet. So I asked her what time do you open? She said, oh, we open in 1 minute. I was like, ok....it's just 60 seconds, like......you had the door open. She then said they weren't ready and that they both needed to get Boda from the back. So I waited for 5 minutes. At 10:05 I asked if they were open yet, so that I could order because I had another appointment and wanted a quick smoothie. She said no, they were still getting boba from the back. When she finally did some to the front, neither of them had any boba, SHOCKER!! Once they walked around for another few minutes I told them, I'm not wanting any Boba, I just want a smoothie. She told me again that she needed to get the boba, but again, I didn't see either of them come to the front with ANYTHING in their hands. Its now about 10:10 and finally one of them comez to ring me up. But wait, before she can do that, she needs to get her register system up and running. If your establishment opens at certain time, I thought that meant you were OPEN and READY to serve customers. I shouldn't have had to wait 10 minutes for them to do nothing in the back. Also, there were two people. One person could have EASILY rang me up while the other finished their prep work, that again, is usually completed PRIOR to a business opening. I will not go back to this establishment. The customer service was terrible, and honestly, the smoothie wasn't DELICIOUS, it...

Glad there is a boba place in the mall, but had the worst customer experience I have had in a long while. I ordered "brown sugar milk tea" (which in on there sign) and then was told they don't have that here. I asked if they were out, and they repeated they don't offer that aggressively. I then mentioned that it was on their sign and she rolled her eyes at me and semi-shouted "You mean brown sugat ICE milk tea" I confirmed that yes I meant the one on the sign. She then scowled and huffed at me and rang me up.

I am somewhat of a boba pro and I somehow messed up ordering, I can't imagine what I would have done if I had never gotten boba before. Certainly not a welcoming or friendly environment.

Maybe she was just having a bad day, but it really got my anxiety going and I don't think I will be back. As for the boba it was alright. The perals are on the softer side and it was a bit to sweet for me but not terrible. This place is also more expensive than others in the area, but that makes sense since it is...

Hi accompanied my sister, and when we walked in, we got smacked in the face with a stale feet stench, or another smell is wet dogs smell. The white walls are black, and the floor looks disgusting, water all over the floor and looks like it has never been mopped. The employees also look like they need a new wardrobe. Outfits looked like they rolled out of bed and were dirty, and were giving super unbothered vibes. Employee did not wash her hands after touching money. and the drink was trash as I expected my sister to say it was. My opinion I wanted to walk out as soon as I walked in, but my sister loves these drinks from a different location so we decided to give this place a chance. Needless to say the drink went to waist. I never leave reviews but I had too, for a facility serving food/beverages no one should feel disgusted walking in. I do believe the owner had a good idea putting this location here but needs to put in a lot of effort to...

The boba trend has touched down and Crabtree, and this place is just about perfect for a quick grab-and-stroll around the mall. The brown sugar milk tea is delicious, their "magic boba" indeed has a bit of QQ to it, and it comes in the sturdiest most premium boba tea cup I can remember getting. If you're new to boba, this isn't a bad place to give it a try (and I would definitely recommend starting with a classic oolong milk tea). If you've had enough boba to start and be picky about things, I'd say their tea is good and tasty, but not stand out. It lacked the freshness that you sometimes get from the mom and pop shops. Also, I'm disappointed that the pearls weren't larger (like, make it fun to just fit the straw larger). Regarding service, the woman who took my order was polite enough, but your individual experience will depend on who is on shift and how appreciated/underpaid they feel.

If you haven't been to the mall in a while their location has moved! They are now downstairs directly below the previous spot and across. Underneath the Apple store. The new space is larger so that's nice but could use more seating or decor. I usually order 3 different things, black tea boba, dalgona coffee, or brown sugar ice milk. I recently asked for a dalgona brown sugar hybrid and it was DELICIOUS. I highly recommend it. It's the dalgona coffee but with brown sugar syrup added, and boba of course. It's a nice convenient drink spot in the mall while you shop or on a break.
