Sunco Protective Films — Attraction in Rancho Cordova

This is an honest review. By a first time Customer. I've always wanted my vehicle wrapped but knew zero about the process. Well I'm here to tell you it's 100% on point. My vehicle being an older vehicle had a few hiccups after installation (not their fault) My clear coat was less then desirable on certain areas of my Escalade. So after a few weeks I noticed some bubbling on the hood. First time they fixed it in 5 minutes and I was set. But then the bubbles returned. I took it back in and Clinton explained to me it's the clear coat going bad and that he would like to rewrap the hood to fix the issue. Trust me when I say they went above and beyond to fix my hood. I was so impressed with their Customer Service I went ahead and had them do a chrome delete for me (I thought I could buy the supplies on Amazon and do the trim myself ‍) it turned out amazing. But what I'm trying to say is they literally treat you like Family. Once your a Customer they will call you by name when and if u come in with any problems. I'm not gonna lie I was frustrated at first with the bubbling but once he explained it and absolutely took care of me it was a great feeling knowing that they really truly care about their work and how they treat their Customers. He even went above and beyond to fix multiple issues (I bought it used last year) that I had with my trim pieces by installing them correctly without using the silicone caulking holding the pieces on when I brought it in. My story does not give them the due Justice they deserve for taking care of my vehicle. If you're having any doubts of who you should trust with your vehicle please give them a visit. I took my 2025 Porsche Macan S to Sunco Protective Films for a full coverage paint protection film (PPF) package, ceramic coating, window tint, and windshield film. I was interested in LLumar, XPEL, Modesta Ceramic Coating, and Bray Windshield Skin. Sunco is an authorized dealer for all of these brands. Caveat: normally there is a 2 week wait for an appointment.

A month before buying my car, I searched for a high-end detailing shop, which brought me to Sunco for an estimate. The estimate was in my price range, but meeting the sales manager Clinton convinced me to select Sunco. Not only did Clinton know about the products that I wanted, I found out Clinton’s years of experience gave him personal knowledge of how they performed. Turns out Clinton is carrying on the family business that goes back several generations. I was mainly impressed with Clinton’s knowledge and passion about the latest innovations in all things about stickers.

After deciding on LLumar, Modesta, and Bray, my car was in the shop for a week. The PPF was computer cut for the Macan, and extra wide PPF was ordered for the hood. Now that the films have had time to cure, the work looks flawless. Even so, Sunco scheduled a return two weeks later to check for flaws. The real benefit, however, is knowing the paint, headlight lenses, and windshield are protected as much as possible. Kudos to Audrey and Fiona, production lead and administrative assistant, respectively, who were always helpful, and whose knowledge and attention to detail made any change orders, rescheduling, and billing easy to do. I was referred to Sunco by a family  member and I couldn't be happier with the service. I've been wanting to get my windows tinted but didn't know who to trust because I don't know what products are good. I was going to need everything explained to me and Sunco really came through.

Clinton took his time explaining the different products with differing UV and heat protection. He also walked me through the different shades for the different windows on my car. He even brought me outside and showed me the different shades on some of the employees cars so I could see it in the real world!

I made an appointment and it only took a few hours. Denisse did the actual tint work, and it looks amazing! Fiona went through all of the care instructions and even took me to the shop to show me the exact non-ammonia glass cleaner to use on my windows. The tint has a lifetime guarantee and she stressed to stay in touch for the next few days if I saw any bubbles or flaws that they could fix. It's been a few days and everything looks great!!

This is a family owned small business and it shows. You get such superior customer service and top shelf products! You get treated so well because they actually truly care about the service that they provide. 10/10...
